In this book you will discover different causes! You will find causes for your urge to smoke and you will find causes for your failures so far. These causes also apply to smokers that haven't even started to try to become non-smokers yet.
The good thing about discovering the causes is that they'll show an impact! in the beginning, every smoker thinks that their own smoking behavior is because of the addiction, the habit or their lack of will. But in most cases this either doesn't matter at all or it is minor. Who would have thought that?
About 25 years ago I started to work with addicts, although I primarily worked with alcoholics. After that, insights into the addiction for the “light” drugs and nicotine also followed. For many years now, I have lead seminars on smoking withdrawal with the help of hypnosis, which made a name for itself through Nikolaus Enkelmann in Königstein (Germany).
My goal is that you will be able to “construct” your own smoking withdrawal course with the help of this book. So that you can help yourself in case you have been too scared to come to a course or you actually can't afford to attend one.
