Introduction

Beloved guests of Mother Earth, some of you have certainly heard of the ascension process of Mother Earth and the souls of human beings from the Third to the Fifth Dimension. But do you really know what that means? What exactly is this ascension process? What are these dimensions? What exactly happens during this time? And what have you got to do with it? What can you do? Why are there so many things happening right now that no one can really explain? Why is this planet seemingly in its greatest crisis?

Well, these are all subjects that will be explained in this book. It is an accompanying book through a time when nobody knows where it is going. It is a book for orientation on the way to yourself. But it is also a book for coaches and trainers who want to fine-tune and develop themselves. It's a spiritual handbook. Many people wish for simple answers in seemingly uncertain or difficult times. This is not the case with this topic. Or at least not in the way many of you human beings interpret the word "simple": Tangible, visible, and easy to digest. The ascension process involves complexity. However, I will try to describe it as simply and as down-to-earth as possible.

But this process can only be internalized and understood if you also include the background that is not immediately tangible. As you develop, it will become more tangible and easier for you. Therefore, “simply” engage in this wonderful experiment that this book offers you: Answers and explanations from spiritual reality. Answers from the universal perspective.

This book requires a rethinking, it clears up spiritual assumptions and spiritual half-knowledge that is currently circulating on earth and is sold as divine truth. It causes more chaos than it helps, precisely because part of it corresponds to divine truth, but the rest has been corrupted by the human ego or understanding. Hence it is often misleading. I am really very happy that I will accompany you in achieving a certain stability on earth in your growing consciousness. Therefore, I decided to write a book about the spiritual awakening in the new era together with a person, who has already arrived as a pioneer in this new consciousness on earth. We have developed and modified the spiritual content together over a period of 20 years.

We were able to do this because Rosalie went through this divine healing training and was able to give us spiritual beings of light feedback. Learning by doing, so to speak. This content has therefore been practically successfully tested on a human being. She completed these Modules from the age of 16, including healing from major trauma and multiple post-traumatic stress disorder. She has arrived on this planet in her abundance and mission, both professionally and privately. We were able to try out these Modules perfectly because she had nothing to lose for years. Inside and outside, she could only win - or return to the world of divine-light and leave her body.

It is important to integrate this content and knowledge into oneself and to implement and live it on and with Mother Earth, i.e., not only to acquire it theoretically or mentally.

Therefore, we were able to accompany Rosalie through school and her university studies to her mission on earth, for example, by passing on exam content or by importing knowledge, which she then could call up automatically, including intuition. This enabled her to focus on other things, such as her self-healing or other spiritual tasks, and her studies went simultaneously.

We spiritual divine beings of light mainly provide help for self-help, especially in the area of healing and self-discovery. This avoids unnecessary dependencies. So, we are energetic development workers on earth. The book may read a little abstractly at first, but you will soon realize that this is introductory necessary.

Since Rosalie will not appear publicly in this subject area, it is not part of her soul called mission on earth, we put it into written words. Because of the new energy, you, who are now starting this development process have the opportunity to get in touch with yourselves much more easily than it was the case until recently.

Since the vibration of Mother Earth is now steadily increasing and your human consciousness is adapting to it step by step, it is no longer such a great torture for you to act and live on earth as a spiritual being of the new era, because now we are at least energetic arrived in this new time and the resistances of the lower vibrations of consciousness were and are being dissolved more and more.

I am really happy, to be able to get in touch with you more again and to support Mother Earth in her new cycle of life. Together we can now operate to create a new world.

Module 1

At the beginning of this book, I would like to give you some basic information about planet earth and me as a divine being of light. This learning series is for all of you who want to deal with in more detail with healing, spirituality, spiritual awakening and yourself, who YOU ARE, where you are from and what you are doing on this planet. For those of you who feel called as well as for those of you who are simply curious. You can and will extract the information and insights from this book that are right for this moment, to the extent that it is right for you. Now I wish you a lot of fun with Module 1 .

Your Vywamus.

1. Who is Vywamus?

Because I want to give you the opportunity to get to know me more and more extensively over time in this book, I don't want to tell too much about myself at the beginning. On the other hand, so that you can get a first idea of who I AM, here is a little insight:

"Have you ever wondered how the beauty of the earth was created? When you contemplate a magnificent waterfall plunging over a cliff of rock... when you admire the vibrant display of colors of a sunset or take a deep breath in the peace and tranquility of the forest... - you then ask yourself: "How was such a wonderful thing created?” Certainly – God the Creator had the vision from which then the earth was born; but haven't you asked yourself over and over again: "How can it be so beautiful and so diversely alive?" I, Vywamus, a spirit quite new to your earth, wish to tell you of how the earth has come to “walk in such splendor and beauty”: thanks to the wisdom and toil of a great spirit named Sanat Kumara, the planetary Logos of your earth.” (Janet McClure and Vywamus: “The Story of Sanat Kumara: Training a Planetary Logos”/ German Edition; 1991; p.9)

Since this is the most human and earthly definition of me as a spiritual divine being of light, I see no need to create another one, but would like to use this existing description for this book as well. What is a planetary Logos and what do I, Vywamus, have to do with a planetary Logos? And, why do I also speak of Sanat Kumara when I introduce myself to you? Well, one thing at a time.

A planetary Logos is, in a broad sense, an energetic administrator or caretaker for a planet. Therefore, Sanat Kumara is the administrator or the keeper of the earth. Lady Gaia, as most of you also call your planet, is an earth angel. It ensouls Mother Earth as such. Sanat Kumara, on the other hand, ensouls Mother Earth and, together with other divine energies, ensouls life on it. This includes flowers and plants as well as animals and people. Well, just what does Sanat Kumara have to do with Vywamus, you're wondering. The answer is as simple as it is complex:

Simply say, Lady Gaia is the heart of Mother Earth and Sanat Kumara is the mind. I, Vywamus am the Higher Self, so to speak, the Higher Consciousness of Sanat Kumara, and Sanat Kumara in turn is, from this point of view, temporarily the Higher Self of Lady Gaia. But only for the aspect that ensouls the earth. Because she originally comes from the angelic realm, while we come from the realm of the ascended masters. We are all connected through the I AM Unit and working together in the energetic ascension of humans and planet earth. Only as a team, in which everyone brings their special knowledge and skills, can we create and achieve great things.

Since the earth has so far vibrated in very low energy areas for an angel, it was not possible for her to establish direct contact with her field of origin. Therefore, Sanat Kumara and I, as well as my Higher Self Lenduce, have taken on this task as intermediary entities until the vibration of the earth vibrates again in a resonance field in which Lady Gaia can reconnect directly with her original divine angel field.

2. What is the current state of your planet you live on?

Since by reading this book you and/or your Higher Self automatically come into energetic contact with me, the divine keeper of your earth, it is very important to me to tell you something about the state of the physical earth, you human beings and your connection to me:

Be aware, the life system of planet earth works regularly like a cycle, a cycle of resource provision and self-regulation. Mother Earth is through Lady Gaia as her soul, me Sanat Kumara as administrator, Vywamus as well as due to many other factors of chemical and biological energetic connections as well as the physical laws of the universe, that have already been discovered by you humans (always keep in memory, everything is energy!), a living large organism that is able to produce and provide all the resources used by humans, such as water, trees, food, fertile soil, metals (e.g. copper or iron, etc.) over and over again.

You, as a physically incarnated human being on earth, are, as you have certainly already recognized, part of this cycle, since you cannot exist without the resources of Mother Earth. You are dependent on the provision of these earth resources and use any fund that Mother Earth makes available. You as a human being are absolutely dependent on her, because she secures your existence. Furthermore, without her, all human beings and all other earthly species would not be able to survive.

The task of you and all other people in this context is, among other things, to give Mother Earth enough attention, freedom and time so that she can regenerate herself together with her nutrient cycle. However, collectively the opposite has been and still is the case. Mother Earth is being exploited with everything she offers you. She is still regarded by many people as a lifeless object over which human beings rule according to their own standards.

Human Beings consume natural resources such as food, water, soil or forest faster than the earth can restore them. In the last 30 years, consumption has increased by 80 percent. The "Global Footprint Network" published in 2013 that humans need 1.6 planets to be able to cover the consumption of raw materials. The WWF's “Living Planet Report” wrote in 2012 that it would take about two planets by 2030 to meet human needs. And these numbers are steadily increasing. As a result, our planet shows massive symptoms of disease. The associated consequences, such as the current worldwide natural disasters, which are expressed, for example, in increased floods, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, show you that people have to change their attitude towards Mother Earth and her regeneration cycle, otherwise they will be confronted with it in the foreseeable future see that the resources are exhausted, which can nourish the living beings on earth and therefore, the downfall of the terrestrial beings would be in front. It is important, that you learn to live in harmony with nature and its cycle, to respect, care for and pay attention to her.

Even though many of you have already started your journey and are changing or have changed your attitude towards Mother Earth, it is still important to continue to draw attention to this, because the stability of the manifested new era on earth can only be realized if a fundamental rethinking of the human collective takes place. Each one of you is part of the collective and the more parts turn to this topic, the greater the power and ability to act to move the outdated constructed systems and cycles in a new direction and to create a healthy earth.

Never forget, each of you has more power to change something in a system than you are currently aware of. You are a child of God and born with the ability to work, move, shape, create with divine intent through thought, feeling, and activity. Through the contact with Vywmaus and me, you will be reminded more and more of yourself and your task here on earth.

3. What are the principal causes of earth crisis?

"Through science and technology, mankind has appropriated 83 percent of the planet's surface by plundering its scarce resources and changing the physical-chemical basis of its ecological infrastructure." (Leonardo Boff: Mindfulness; German Edition; 2013; p. 59)

Not only the development, handling and misuse of new technologies, but also the associated economic interests hinder coexistence with nature. The existing economic system categorically rejects any form of change that could reduce sales and profits and therefore controls political and technical-scientific measures to a large extent. But also, most parts of the population that primarily live for consumption of any kind and thus stimulate the production of the economy, which in turn needs the earth's resources for its production, also contribute their part to the associated negative cycle.

In addition, the disorder of "burn-out" that has become fashionable shows the need for more mindfulness and care for every individual, but also, for example, on the behalf of the employer to care for his employees and not just to increase profits, as well as employees to be more mindful and caring oneself.

These negative changes, namely the exploitation of one's own resources, starting with the "burn-out" of the individual through to state over-indebtedness in the industrialized nations, also reflect the way Mother Earth is treated. Exploiting resources to the point of bitter exhaustion.

Therefore, a change has to take place here, individuals, families and the state have to start being mindful of themselves and others again, taking care of themselves and others, taking responsibility for themselves and others, and learning dealing with their own resources.

"The absence of anima has resulted that the animus has produced machismo and patriarchy and thus the invisibility of women." (Leonardo Boff: Mindfulness; German Edition; 2013; p. 67)

Only if the aforementioned conditions are met, and the human being lives in mindfulness and care for himself, his body, his soul, his spirit and his counterpart, only then will he be able to fully immerse and integrate himself in the cycle of nature and to be in harmony with Mother Earth.

"In order to reestablish connection with the earth, it is necessary to couple the social contract with the natural contract in such a way that the elements of nature are recognized in their rights and considered equally as 'citizens'. This would create a sociocosmic democracy, a democracy of the earth, such as the Andean people dream of. […] If the earth is a living large organism, it has rights like all living beings.” (Leonardo Boff: Mindfulness; German Edition; 2013; p. 68)

In order to clarify the picture of what life in harmony with Mother Earth as a "democratic citizen" can look like, Leonardo Boff depicts the life philosophies of the South American indigenous peoples.

But not only the indigenous peoples of South America have a close connection to Mother Earth. Every country, every continent, every culture has indigenous histories with primeval ancestors whose rituals and beliefs can be inspirational in their uniqueness. These original roots of everyone can be rediscovered and integrated into the new time.

There is already a first step in the right direction with a charter of rights for Mother Earth, the so-called Earth Charter, adopted by UNESCO in 2003; However, this can only really be implemented if each individual pulls together in same direction of care and mindfulness for themselves and others.

I, Vywamus, am firmly convinced that together we can accomplish this task, so that this earth can continue to exist, live joyfully and to gift you humans with its treasures and experiences.

Module 2

I, Vywamus, was called to connect people more to themselves, their divine origins and thus also to Mother Earth by helping them to help themselves. In order for this to happen, people must first understand who they actually are and where they come from. But also, what they want to be on earth.

For this we would like to introduce you to your own energetic system. Because you human beings also have an energy system. This in connection with your earthly being enables you to get in touch with yourself, your divine origin and with us. So, learn who YOU ARE and what you are made of. We hope you enjoy the next Module.

The human energy system is, as we perceive it, highly interesting and at least as exciting as being in mental exchange with us. Rejoice in yourself! In love, joy and light, the Vywamus, Sanat Kumara and Lenduce Collective, guided by the I AM Consciousness and supported by Archangel Uriel.

Archangel Uriel is the keeper of the ascension of earth and humans into the new energy. Of course, he would also like to be mentioned, even if he is not actively involved in this training series, he is still there to make sure that everything goes its way His name means the light of God. He is the Archangel of Manifestation and Divine Power in action. In addition, Archangel Michael protects and defends the ascension.

To repeat and expand: Sanat Kumara is the keeper of earth. He is the planetary Logos of the planet. He ensouls the earth with all living beings. I, Vywamus am his Higher Self. Lenduce, in turn, is a higher aspect of me, my superconscious. And with it also the superconscious of Sanat Kumara and Mother Earth. Our collective was born from the primordial soul of Archangel Gabriel.

1. The energy system of the human being

As I said above, always keep in memory, everything is energy! Of course, this also applies to human existence. At first glance it seems as if the human being consists of a purely physical body, with an advanced look and feel you can also perceive the spirit (mind / logos / male pole) and the soul (incarnated and non-incarnated soul aspects / heart chakra / female pole).

An incarnating soul usually consists of several incarnated (connected to planet earth) and non-incarnated soul aspects. In the case of incarnated soul aspects in a human body, there is at least a general distinction between “incarnated human soul aspects” and “incarnated divine soul aspects” for a pictorial understanding.

I will go into more detail later in the book on the subject of the individual aspects of the soul that belong to a human body, as well as the human soul as a whole.

The physical body as a biological, chemical and physical miracle in its function, mode of action and uniqueness can be experienced as the densest energy vibration and the soul as a whole as the most fine-material vibration of the human being. The spirit or the mind is thus the connection between the body and incarnated aspects of the soul.

The human being is a much more complex structure than it first appears from the outside and from a terrestrial 3D perspective. Because rather than high dense body matter, the human being is also a spirit being, like us energetic light spirit beings, which consists of differently vibrating energy fields.

These energy fields schematically store all thoughts, all feelings, all emotions, the flow of vital v energy, all experiences and knowledge gained, lessons learned decisions made from them of your previous life on earth. These are all energies or individual energy flows that together result in an energy field.

Always keep in memory, everything is energy. When a person leaves Mother Earth and these energy fields dissolve piece by piece, all information from these fields is stored in the respective soul as well as in the human collective consciousness.

The information stored in the human collective initially remains and forms a common collective resonance field of all people on planet earth. In Module 12 I will go into this topic in more detail.

When incarnating again in a physical body on Mother Earth, this information stored in the soul is then converted back into active energy fields and connects with the associated resonance energy fields in the human collective. All of these fields create your inner and outer reality. These energy fields, which are “shaped” by experience, information and the degree of the flow of vital energy, have a corresponding effect on your possible future experiences, including those of the human collective, via the law of resonance (as within so without, divine-universal laws).

If you change certain internal resonances in your energy fields that are inharmonious for you, the resonances or experiences on the outside and the associated fields in the collective will of course also change. More on that later.

Your differently vibrating energy fields together result in an energy system - your energy system. This means that you as a human being are a completely intelligently structured spirit or mind and heart being on earth in a physical body with your thought and emotional patterns that create your currently prevailing 3D reality that can be experienced.

This energy system can only function as an interacting unit, like a clockwork mechanism with all the gears meshing. Therefore, each energy field in this system has its own functions and responsibilities. For a better understanding, the various energy fields and the individual elements of the entire energy system are explained in more detail below.

It is purely intentional that I do not use any drawings, sketches or graphics for clarification at this point. I want you to paint your own picture, be it in your mind or actually on a piece of paper. You can deal with the topic and not just learn it.

1 (a). The center of the energy system - The light channel of the soul

The light channel of the soul represents the core or the fine-material center of your energy system. It is the most fine-material and therefore most luminous element of your human existence. This channel of light flows vertically through the body axis and ideally forms your energetic, fine-material center of the body. You can imagine this channel as a flow of pure divine light flowing down from the source of all beings, through all dimensions (overview of dimensions in Module 9) and through your energy system.

The light channel connects the macrocosm (universe) with the microcosm (earth), it is the connection between your soul, you as a physical human energy being and the earth. Your physical vehicle (your body) as well as the more fine-material energy bodies enclose your light channel with their frequencies, resonances and subject areas and thus often with the "struggle" of life.

1 (b). The human energy bodies and their subject areas

Now we continue with the bodies that surround the light channel of the soul - the energy bodies. They represent the second element of the human energy system. Their outermost and therefore most tangible layers are also referred to as aura layers and together as aura.

It is very conductive to regularly cleanse, heal, balance and protect (see Module 6) your aura as well as your individual energy bodies. As a fine-material field of light, your energy bodies in their entirety encase the more gross or density physical body and store all the information and experiences you have had with your soul aspects in this life as well as in past lives.

For example, due to karmic entanglements (more on that later in this Module, see also Module 6 on dissolution and healing) and/or personal growth tasks, the different energy bodies do not vibrate in unison, they play inharmoniously. Like an orchestra without a conductor.

Part of your personal spiritual development is to become a responsible conductor or creator of yourself and your life, so to speak, to let this orchestra play in harmony with each other. Viewed as a whole, these individual energy bodies, consisting of different vibration frequencies, are comparable to an energetic long-term memory, a fine-material hard drive sorted according to different thought and feeling structures.

Your physical body and your own earthly reality represent the projection surface, the screen on which these structures are reflected. Through cleaning, healing and intended harmonization of these inharmonious and contrasting structures on the hard drive, the content of the projection surface changes as well, therefore, what is shown on the screen.

That all sounds a bit abstract at first. But we're only just getting started. The connection between energetic and earthly reality is yet to come.

So far, four relevant energy bodies have been enumerated with pleasure on earth. Now that a new energy vibration is available on earth and many people have reached a higher vibration level as a whole, albeit unconsciously temporarily, I would like to expand these four bodies a little, to 12 energy bodies, with the physical body there are a total of 13 bodies, that I want to introduce you to.

The vibration frequency of the individual energy bodies becomes higher and higher and thus more fine-material the further we move away from the physical body. All bodies are assigned to at least one chakra (energy vortex), through which they are connected to one another and are therefore in direct exchange with one another. The chakras ensure that the stored information from previous experiences and insights in the individual energy bodies can be evaluated and processed by the consciousness. Of course, there are other energy bodies than those mentioned here, because each existing chakra (and there are many) is also assigned an energy body, but this would be too misleading and excessive for the current level of consciousness.

Before we move forward to the meaning of the individual main chakras in the energy system, first of all we get to the individual energy bodies. The human being consists of the following 12 or 13 energy bodies:

(0) Physical Body - Earth Chakra/ Earth Star

(1) Etheric Body - Root Chakra (Base Chakra)

(2) Emotional Body - Sacral Chakra (Sexual Chakra/ Polarity Chakra)

(3) Mental Body - Solar Plexus Chakra (Navel Chakra)

(4) Causal Body - Heart Chakra

(5) Truth Body - Throat Chakra

(6) Wisdom Body - Brow Chakra (Third Eye)

(7) Consciousness Body - Crown Chakra

(8) Soul Body - Soul Chakra (connection to Higher Self)

(9) Light Body/Diamond Body - Light Body Chakra

(10) Fine-material Polarity Body - Unity Chakra

(11) Fine-material Cell Body - Body Chakra

(12) Universal Body - Cosmos Chakra (connection to Highest Self)

(0). Physical Body and

(1). Etheric Body (1. Fine-material Body)

Based on your physical vehicle as the densest and therefore most gross body energy substance with its anatomical and biological conditions, its blood vessels and nervous system, the corresponding first body in the slightly more fine-material energy body field is the etheric body. Seen in this way, it encases the physical body.

The etheric body is the fine-material energy system of the physical body and is closely related to it. Like the physical nervous system and the bloodstream, this one, like the other energy bodies, is designed with energy channels and energy pathways (it looks similar like rivers on the surface on earth). They have the task of distributing the vital energy in the energy bodies and in the physical body via these fine-material energy channels and pathways.

The energy pathways in the etheric body, which transport vital energy into the physical body, are also known as meridians or Nadis on earth. In addition, it should be said that the earthly known acupuncture and acupressure points are also located on these energy channels. If these points are blocked, vital energy cannot flow or be transported and physical symptoms of all kinds occur.

Information and experiences about vitality, physicality and life force are stored in the etheric body. It is mainly associated with the first main chakra of human beings, the root chakra.

(2). Emotional Body (2. Fine-material Body)

The second more fine-material energy body is the emotional body. It encases the etheric body. This is where information and experiences related to every type of emotion, emotional behavior, intimacy, and self-love are stored. It is mainly associated with the second main chakra, the sacral chakra.

(3). Mental Body (3. Fine-material Body)

The third more fine-material energy body is the mental body. It encases the emotional body. It also saves any information and experiences about thoughts, thought structures and patterns, beliefs, personality aspects and logical understanding. The third main chakra, the solar plexus, is mainly assigned to it.

(4). Causal Body (4. Fine-material Body)

The fourth more fine-material body is the causal body. It encases the mental body. As the name suggests, the universal physical laws, i.e., the experience of the principle of causality, are stored and processed here. The principle of causality is the relationship between cause and effect, known on earth as karma. The experiences of all incarnated lives, the expressed and not expressed human and divine soul parts, the lost soul parts, feelings of all kinds and love are kept here.

The soul parts that have not been expressed include, for example, shadow or light aspects that have not been lived. These can be on conscious just as unconscious level, as well as lived shadow and light aspects can be experienced unconsciously or consciously. In all cases they are part of your energy field and thus create a vibrational frequency and resonance field, so they are part of your orchestra. The fourth main chakra, the heart chakra, is mainly associated with the causal body.
