Curiosity about oneself and ones surroundings has led humans to research nature through science. You can see life on all levels from the microcosm to the macrocosm. Science constantly reveals the interconnectedness of all life in the universe. When you see yourself as part of the whole, it makes it possible to live a full life. Global awareness allows beings to experience the unity of all life in nature. We are not isolated islands. The emerging global awareness results in humans beginning to make choices that promote biodiversity. If there is an ego within, humans see that it only hinders them from successfully living on this planet. The only way to evolve is consciously. This awareness of oneself and one's surroundings brings with it an insight into a very large inherent potential. It is possible to solve it both individually or globally. Climate-neutral businesses are starting to appear here and there in the world. The recycling circuit of materials turns out to be a solution to most of the environmental degradation. Life sustains itself. The question is: Should humans be included? Nature's way is not always the way humans intend it to be. With intelligence, humans can solve the environmental issue.

Preface

Humans have always been fascinated by nature. Curiosity about oneself and one's surroundings has led humans to research to get closer to the truth. Science has now shown in more detail what happens at the very smallest level in the microcosm. It seems that things at the quantum level behave in a way that goes against certain laws of physics. This is where the metaphysical begins. Can you see the scenario that there is something more than what science has shown? It is something beyond form, which science has studied so extensively.

If you put a person all alone in the jungle, without contact with anyone, then after a while they would wonder; what's that up there in space, what's that I'm carrying around, what's all this around me?

I have gotten my curiosity about nature/universe from conscious scientists such as Galileo Galilei, Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Nicolaus Copernicus, Isaac Newton, Stephen Hawking, Steve Jobs and Elon Musk.

Curiosity about nature and science led me to take a master's degree in biology.

The majority of people believe that nature is emotionless and cold. There are dynamic interactions happening on so many layers at the same time. If you look closely, you see an intertwining of life in nature. The book shows an interaction in nature. It is a meeting that takes place between form and formlessness.

Environmental destruction is the greatest challenge of modern times. A number of questions appear in the book. Take the questions to heart and really reflect on the answers. These questions are not asked just like that, without any evaluation. These questions are about you. Nature always has a way of fixing things. The question is: should humans be included?

There is only one Tellus, let's treat it like a home.

The purpose of the book is to unite spirituality and science. It gives a deeper and fuller picture of nature.

Form and the Body

I'm interested in what people are carrying around inside them. How does it all work? What's in there? Seen from one perspective, the body is one living unit. It is just life seen from a perspective. All these cells working together make the body function. They all do their part in the whole.

However, from another perspective, each cell is also life. All these organelles that are in the cell do their part for the cell to function. There are millions of interactions within the cell. It is whole a universe.

If you take a deep dive into the body and into the cells that build up the body, you see a number of things. The biomolecules that surround DNA and interact with DNA make up the epigenetic environment in the cell. If you see it clearly, you see that the biomolecules that surround DNA and DNA itself are the same as the idea of e.g., going to a museum. The idea of going to a museum is complex and also involves several things, the bus that takes you there or the ticket to enter.

The idea of the museum is the same as the gene itself. You take a bus to the museum. Since the bus is connected to the idea of the museum, the bus corresponds to the associated proteins that bind to DNA. You also need a ticket to enter the museum. The ticket is the equivalent of a substance that binds to the DNA strand.

The organism has specific appearances in nature. Some females look a certain way and males have shapes that are similar to that of other males. In both the plant and animal kingdoms, it is also possible to see both sexes in the same life form. Most plants have both stamens and pistils. A man can also experience a feminine side within himself and a woman can experience masculinity within. This must mean that on one level it is true that there are genders, but on another level, we are genderless or even both genders at the same time.

The human brain exhibits plasticity. It has the ability to create connections between different centres in the brain and rewire when needed. If you have behaved in one way for a long time, the nerve cells between different areas of the brain can form paths that are as thick as a finger. Psychological constructs can be reshaped.

Addictions to substances are an example of this. Should one decide to choose another path and e.g., say no to a substance, a new connection is created between nerve cells. This time, the connection is thin. It is thin enough that when you are faced with the choice to take the substance or not, a new choice and outcome possibility comes up. The new thing may be to say no to taking the substance this time. Every time you act on the newly initiated idea of saying no, those neural pathways are strengthened with new neurons. In this way, one can become free from addiction to substances.

Drugs are matter. The truth is that you have all that within you, formless. All the "highs" you get with drugs are within you naturally. Then some might say that some drugs are natural because they originate from nature. Yes, that's right, but so does fly agaric mushroom, and it kills you.

The elements permeate everything throughout the universe. They are part of the true Self that exists in all life in nature. This interweaving and integration of the elements in life in nature manifests itself in various ways.

An example is that the plants use the elements to spread their offspring.

Many coconut palms grow along the beaches. The coconuts that have been able to float seem to have had an advantage from an evolutionary perspective, because they have been able to spread and with the water. They have been able to grow in places far from where the nut fell. This is why you see palm trees growing along beaches.

Transporting water to a country where you can get the water from the tap is completely idiotic. It goes without saying that it is unnecessary, but I also claim that it is extremely absurd and destructive. You are one and connected with all life on the planet. If you did not transport water to areas where there is clean tap water, you would make a significant difference to the environment.

Water is found everywhere. If there are countries that do not have access to clean water, it is understandable to transport water to these areas. However, a local solution should be arranged if possible.

The seeds of the eucalyptus tree do not open unless there is fire. The seed is so hard that fire is needed for it to crack. After the fire, the opened seed can germinate in the soil below.

The wind carries pollen grains across a meadow and the flowers in the meadow are pollinated. The wind has a vibration, an energy. It is not empty. It vibrates in a way. Plants also spread their seeds with the wind.

As a biologist, you try to answer the question: What is life? You try to draw a line somewhere, but when it comes to viruses, you can't really say they are alive. To be counted as life, one of the criteria is to be able to reproduce. Viruses consists of a capsule and a strand of genetic material. They do not contain any organelles or anything else in the capsule. What happens is that they settle on a bacterium, human cell, or another cell. They then puncture the cell and injects the strand of genetic material into the cell. Viruses do not have the machinery to copy the genetic material so that it can live, but it uses the machinery of the host cell to make copies of the virus. The host cell reads the virus’ genes that code for the envelope and the viral genome. The host cell bursts and viruses come out. Then it does it all over again.

So, the virus couldn't do this by itself. After all, it needed the host cell to do the job. Can you then say that it is alive?

During the corona pandemic, there was an entire population that regarded the virus as alive. If viruses are half alive, you have to supply the other half with lousy imagination. One did not stop and think that this is partly also created and reinforced by the mind. The media also played a role in this.

Before the mind takes over and starts creating all sorts of unnecessary things, you can pay attention to an awareness that sees itself doing all this. Yes, so be aware that you are aware. That’s when everything changes. You can meet others who are conscious and have made growth in the development of consciousness. They can be your teacher if you allow them. If you are conscious enough, which can come after some inner work, then you become a teacher and can show others.

Environmental destruction is a major challenge. We have to solve it together.

It is not possible to think that there is a national border and what happens on the other side is for others to handle. Some things we cannot control, but we control who we are deep down and how we make a difference in the world, be it with science or otherwise. It's up to you. The power lies with you. To realize that is a liberation.

The visible material universe is enormous. There is everything from atoms to entire trees. One can see continents of mountains, stars, and planets. If you look even further, you see solar systems and galaxies. The galaxies in turn form galaxy clusters which then merge into superclusters. All this also makes the universe very rich in content. If you look inward, the content of consciousness, i.e., everything that can be seen by consciousness, is equally diverse and enormous. This universe is invisible to the eyes, but full. There is everything from planning the future or experiencing a memory for a while. Here are also the four elements.

To get a perspective on the size of the universe, you can look at the micro level. There are as many silica atoms in a grain of sand as there are grains of sand on the beach. You can't grasp this but you can get a clue.

In the genetic code there is information about everything such as behaviour, where a birthmark should sit, what one likes, or that new cells that are formed should be human cells. It may seem as if this is decided and that the outcome is determined. That is true, but the molecular environment surrounding the genes affects which genes are expressed. Not all genes or gene combinations need to be expressed during a human´s lifetime. Food, exercise, or whatever you subject the body to changes the environment around the genes. So, if e.g., you were to change the environment that surrounds the genes, you could change the outcome. This means that you can change your destiny. So, the truth is that there is a destiny, but you can also decide the destiny yourself.

In chemistry, there is a concept called equilibrium. Substances react with each other in a mixture. The reaction continues for a while until it moves more and more towards equilibrium. You can compare it to what Buddhism calls the middle way. After being pulled in two directions, perhaps towards extremes, you land in the middle. Buddha went to extremes. He tried to get rid of cravings such as food. After that he decided on a middle path.

It is of course possible to manage without food for a while, but as long as you are in your body, food is needed.

The gasoline you use to fill up your car or truck comes from natural raw materials. How long should humans go on taking the Earth's resources without caring? It is a desire. This can also be called a collective ego; a worldly ego that does not see the unity of all living things but separates between beings. The person acts as if it is possible to continue doing this for as long as possible. Nature always has a way of fixing things.

When the genes are expressed, they go through a process called transcription. It is a conversion from DNA to mRNA. After that, the translation takes place where the mRNA is translated into the components, the proteins, that do the work in the cell: the proteins. If you see it clearly, you see that this is the same as the manifestation of thoughts in the material universe. A thought of going to a party comes to mind. When the thought occurs, you are still at home. The thought has not manifested yet. This thought can be seen as DNA.

You put on the clothes you will wear to the party, call and arrange a meeting with your friend, who will also come along. The thought manifests more, but has not fully manifested. This can be seen as the decoding of DNA into mRNA. When you arrive at the party, it can be seen as the translation, the translation of mRNA into proteins. Now the thought is fully manifested.

In the cowslips’ cells there are proteins that modify the packaging of DNA so that genes can be made available and expressed. These two groups of proteins are histone acetyl transferases (HATs) and histone deacetylases (HDACs). HATs loosen the packaging and allow the genes to be read. HDACs repackage the genes after they have been read. These two groups of proteins have an effect in two different directions. This is one of several examples of substances in the cell that have effects in different directions. This can also be seen in the metaphysical view of the universe. The invisible magnetic field around the Earth is negative and positive. In Christianity, there is talk of light and darkness.
