About the book. When I was walking along the park Parque México in Mexico City, suddenly a title for my book flashed through my mind in English “The world begins with you” and at the very moment I didn’t know yet in which language to write it. But as I studied coaching, psychology and spirituality a lot in Spanish, I decided to write it in Spanish, my emotional language, first and then to translate it into other languages. I had a few ideas in English and German as well.
Then I felt that it was exactly the right decision to have written it in Spanish. I wrote this book from the bottom of my heart with the goal to to help people to live better.
This book will help you to reprogram your mind and empower you to achieve your goals and believe more in yourself. Very often we cut our wings ourselves instead of flying. The world is full of opportunities but very often we don’t see them.
If you would love to improve your life, grow as a person and reconnect with the divine power inside of you, this book is for you.
We are used to looking for answers outside and wasting our energy, giving up our dreams because of limiting beliefs, generating emotional voids and trying to fix them with unhealthy dependencies instead of healing them. So many books tell us that we all already have all the answers inside of us, but we ignore it, taking it simply as a wise quote without applying it, because nobody showed us how to do it.
Everything begins with you from the very time of your birth, it’s when everything came into existence for you. You have an opportunity to create your reality, your life and to choose your way. Of course first you need to get to know the world. Each soul comes with a mission and you have yours too. You have your own possibilities, talents and potential to develop. If you know yourself well and know what you truly want in your life and not what others want you to do, you can have a more fulfilled life and enjoy your self-realisation.
The world begins with you, your unique way of being, your personality, your character, your strengths and weaknesses, with your own path of learning and transformation which helps you to discover and realize your mission. If you live in harmony with who you are, it makes your life more beautiful.
With a lot of love I share my knowledge with you, so that you could build up a life full of abundance, happiness, love and possibilities.
We all are humans and are emotional beings. Very often we act out of our emotions instinctively and react which leads to the consequences that sometimes we don’t want to get. You can learn to master your thoughts, emotions and feelings, to become more mindful and to reprogram your mind in such a manner which will enable you to accomplish your goals, to realize your dreams and desires. You don’t have to suffer, you can be happy.
We all have limiting beliefs. Many people have traumas, but it shouldn't prevent you from moving forward in your life and achieving things that might at this very moment seem impossible to you and make you scared to take the first step. And for so many people it’s exactly this way. You are not alone and you can change it. The whole world can become better. Dare to dream and do whatever makes you happy and brings abundance into your life. You can learn to attract more opportunities and make a positive change to improve your life.
I wrote this book with a lot of love for you, because I genuinely believe that you can achieve much more in life than you imagine.
Trespassing the horizons of your fears, everything seems a way much easier the very moment when you open up your heart to the wisdom of the universe. You were born to create your life and you can do it as you desire.

Part 1 - Your way of being
The largest and most powerful path is the journey towards yourself. In life you encounter unexpected situations where your own reactions and learnings often surprise you. Sometimes you might find yourself in situations that you have never thought of to be in your life.
It’s a journey at random whereas you suddenly have a plan and goals. Or you just follow the current which might even at times turn out into a storm of emotions or a serenity of the universe. Do you believe in destiny? It might be that everything is already written for you, but you have a right to choose among different possibilities and it’s up to you which way you will go.
Everything starts with your particular way of being and how you develop yourself as a person and how you believe in your own strengths and talents. You can be an engine of empowerment for yourself or a limitation. But you decide what you desire at this moment. Your self-love and your self-esteem affect your decisions. You choose whether you deserve or not good things in your life. It also might be that negative limiting beliefs and inner blocks, dysfunctional emotions and thoughts don't let you make progress in life and you could auto-destroy yourself instead of igniting your inner power.
The moment you change your consciousness, you change your life. Your way of thinking is what makes you big or small. Your own limitations define and condition your way. It’s you who chooses where and how to go among millions of possibilities.
Sometimes you have to see the situation and the other person's words from different perspectives several times to understand and transform the feelings they caused you. It is necessary to see everything as mere facts and simple actions to detach emotionally and look at it with a clear head and ask yourself what results you want to achieve and how it really affects you. Many times we exaggerate our emotions and feel too much resentment, anger and rage for something that should not cause these feelings in you. You can choose how you want to feel, but it is not so easy, it is an effort and you can learn it.
Emotional intelligence is indispensable to feel good, to achieve more in life, for your health and happiness. It’s something you can learn step by step, with calmness. Nowadays we want to have it all immediately, but you need to have patience. To transform your emotions and emotional states first you need to learn how to control your mind. I will talk more about it further in this book.
Each person applies the lessons learned in a different manner and at a different pace. You shouldn't compare yourself with others. Everyone is different, choose your own way. If you really want to transform your life, you can do it. In order to do so you should have a strong desire to apply your learnings. Believe me, it’s beautiful each day to take a tiny step towards your goals. It might be just a detail, a baby step, a new thought or something big.
Each new day is an opportunity to grow, to develop, to get inspired and motivated. It’s like the weather with sunny and rainy days. Sometimes you might have a difficult or “bad” day but it's all the way you see it, because even on sad, busy days you can do something useful, something beautiful and transform your emotional state. You can be this sunshine for yourself, because how you decide to feel is up to you. If you allow or not that other people, situations and the external factors influence your emotions and feelings, it’s in your hands. It might sound very challenging to keep a good mood if something affected you, and it’s not always possible, but in many cases you can learn it. Anyway with time you can learn to control how long you feel angry and resentful or any other emotion. Patience leads to mastery.
Your partner, people that you meet in life can be your direct and indirect mirrors.
For example, if you don’t like something in another person, or on the contrary, you like something a lot, it’s your direct mirror, because it reflects something that you also have which could be expressed in another area of your life. For example, if another person is very dirty, you can ask yourself: “In which area of my life I don’t take care of myself enough, or maybe I don’t manage my time efficiently or I need more discipline?” Speaking about self-love it could also be that you dress yourself quite well, but don’t appreciate and love yourself enough. It could be that in your inner dialogue you are not compassionate with yourself and you need to be more empathetic and caring about yourself.
Or for example, a certain person wastes a lot of money which makes you angry and triggers you, so, you can ask yourself: “What am I wasting in my life? Maybe it’s my time, or maybe I’m scrolling social media for too long, maybe I’m watching TV a way too much, maybe I’m losing time shopping, and any other thing that occurs to you. Or maybe this person is very greedy and you can ask yourself in which area of your life you don’t allow yourself something and are greedy towards yourself.
In the case of indirect mirrors it’s something that, for example, your friend is doing and it causes you strong emotions and could be telling you about something in your life that you are suppressing. Not all the things in other people are mirrors. It’s something that produces strong emotions like sadness, joy, anger, resentment and rage. Situations like accidents, stealing, death of your family members, diseases are not mirrors.
Another interesting concept is projection. In this case we project our vision about others. For example, if you are afraid, don’t know something, if you feel insecure of yourself and timid, you could think the same of some other people. Or when you project your expectations on other people thinking that they will do or say something which is not true. It could often happen that we project habits from our culture onto another one which is different.
People see what they want to see and very often we are blinded by our beliefs and thoughts. You might want to cry in some situations, because your mind associates certain thoughts with pain and sends a signal to your body. Your emotions are physical and have to do with your thoughts. To change our reactions it’s necessary to do the reframing, give it another meaning, think differently, say it with other words. I’ll speak more in detail about this technique further in this book.
This book is a guide towards yourself and discovery of new possibilities. It helps you to find your inner power which you might have forgotten, and to restore your energy, creativity and new perspectives.
The largest search is a way towards yourself and your self-realization. In unexpected situations of your life as if walking along the streets of an unknown city, you get to know yourself better.
How would you like to feel in your life? Have you ever asked yourself this question? We are used to living in an automatic mode without asking ourselves how we feel and how we would like to feel. Probably you know it too. We all have dreams, but sometimes we forget about them, because they might seem impossible or we choose something else. Your emotions can give you energy or drain it. Emotional mastery is one of the keys to success. It’s indispensable to learn how to handle your emotions in different situations in life.
We all want to be happy and enjoy our daily life. It all sounds great, but why do we still have difficulties in taking control over our emotions? “One day you will understand.” We all know this phrase, but very often we don’t even think of the impact and consequences of the situations and don’t know how to process and apply them. Very often we just live accumulating experiences and emotions they cause. If you don’t know how to master your emotions, you will react the same way and get the same results in life.
You can’t predict your destiny, but you can read the signs of the universe. Sometimes in your heart and subconsciously you already know all the answers, but keep doubting out of fears, uncertainty and limiting beliefs. As humans we all have attachments and get easily attached to people, things, places where we have been living, languages, our routine and our usual lifestyle. What will happen if all of a sudden you have to start everything from scratch as if you have never had any attachment at all? Are you scared? What if you dive into a surprising ocean of a new life where you are the captain of the ship of your life? Where will you go?
And what about your self perception, your values, your goals, your culture, your mission and your life? Most people just follow their daily material goals automatically. But what if you have been done for more? What if you have a greater and more meaningful mission in front of you? Which path would you choose in your life? What would you like to leave for others? Well, or if you just simply ask yourself how could you live a happy life taking control of your thoughts, emotions and actions? Now that you have started thinking about these things, let’s start this journey towards yourself.
In this book you will learn how to come back to yourself from the daily hustle, from the superficial and external to the internal and elevated self, how to transform your habitual, automatic reactions to the mindful way of thinking and how to change your life for the best and expand your perspective. The path of a spiritual person is very similar to that of other people, the main difference is a way of thinking and dealing with things in life, as well as the way of being.
From the bottom of my heart I hope that this book will help you to improve your life.
To be a spiritual person you don’t necessarily need to belong to a certain church or religion. A spiritual person believes in God and feels deeply in his or her heart the divine energy of the universe. It’s something that emerges from your soul. It’s your ability to see the light and bliss in the world and the energy behind everything.
It’s not necessary to read the prayers from a prayer book, you can say your own ones, the way you genuinely feel with gratitude and love to God. It’s important to be thankful for what you have had, have now and will get in your life. Many people pray asking for something without being grateful for what they already have. The real abundance is not a lack of something you need. We already have a lot of abundance that sometimes we don’t notice and we always want more. Being healthy is abundance, having a person you love by your side and a family is abundance, having a job is abundance, having a place to live, an apartment, a house is abundance, having talents and skills is abundance, having friends is abundance, having food is abundance, having clothes is abundance and even small things that you have is abundance. If you start feeling gratitude for things that you already have, you will attract the energy of abundance. An abundance, being rich or poor is the energy, it’s a vibration that a person emanates. That’s why it’s so important to appreciate what you have already achieved to expand the energy of abundance. But it’s also important to keep in mind that just wishing things without any actions will not bring you any results. Nevertheless there is a limiting belief about it, that you need to work hard to achieve something. You can do things easily while enjoying the process.
Your attitude defines everything. The way we interpret things, affects how we feel. Our thoughts cause our emotions and you can be trapped in a certain emotional state without making any progress. Working on your mindset and your thoughts will bring you to the desired results.
