Ingredients
1/2 cup
sugar
2 tablespoons
cornstarch
2 tablespoons
Hersheys cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups
milk
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 tablespoon
butter
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and milk.
Cook on medium until thick.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter and stir until combined.
Place in molds and freeze until firm.

1 cup
plain yogurt
1 cup
fresh fruit or
1 cup
frozen fruit, your choice of blueberries, strawberries, cherries, etc

honey

wooden popsicle sticks or

plastic spoons

5 ounce
size aluminum foil
Directions
Place the yogurt, fruit (slightly thawed if using frozen) and honey in a blender.
Blend to desired consistency (some kids like the fruit chunky and others like it smooth).
Pour into paper cups, filling them 3/4 full.
Cover the cups with foil. Make slits in the center of the foil covers and insert the Popsicle sticks.
Put in the freezer for about 5 hours or until frozen solid.
When ready, peel off the paper cup and eat.

mashed strawberry
1/2 cup
water
3 -4 tablespoons
sugar

juice of half lime
Directions
Mix everything.
Pour them in Popsicle moulds or in little cups.
Freeze.

Ingredients
1 (6 g)
unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
1 (3 ounce)
box Jello gelatin
3/4 cup
granulated sugar
2 cups
boiling water
2 cups
cold water
Directions
In a 2-quart glass measure (or a large bowl), combine the Kool-Aid, Jello powder and sugar.
Add hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water.
Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze. (Alternately, you can use Dixie cups or similar, and place Popsicle sticks into them when they are partially frozen.).

package unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
1 (3 ounce)
package Jello gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup
sugar
2 cups
boiling water
2 cups
cold water
Directions
Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water.
Dissolve Kool-Aid in cold water.
Pour Kool-Aid and Jello mixture together.
Pour into small (3 oz) paper cups, ice cube trays, or pop molds.
Freeze until almost firm.
Insert Popsicle a stick, party picks, etc. and freeze until firm.

peanuts, finely chopped

chocolate syrup, dark hard shell
Directions
Peel bananas, cut in half and insert Popsicle sticks into each half.
Cover each banana in hard chocolate sauce.
Roll each banana in chopped peanuts and freeze for 3 hours.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups
mangoes, chopped
3/4 cup
coconut milk
1 -2 tablespoon
sugar (may need more for personal taste)
1 tablespoon
lime juice
Directions
In a blender, whirl mango chunks, coconut milk, sugar and lime juice until smooth.
Add additional sugar to taste.
Freeze until firm.

Ingredients
1
small watermelon, seedless
1 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
mini chocolate chip
2 pints
lime sherbet, softened
Directions
See How It's Made Scoop out and measure 10 cups watermelon pulp.
Puree watermelon and sugar in batches in blender until smooth.
Push puree through mesh strainer into a large bowl.
Cover and freeze until puree is slushy but not solid, about 3 hours.
Remove from freezer, stir in chocolate chips.
Place 24 3oz disposable cups in 2 shallow baking pans (spoon puree into cups to within 1/2" of rim).
Place pans in freezer until puree is solid but not rick hard, about 2 hours.
Spread softened sherbet on top of each portion of puree so that it comes up to edge of cup.
Smooth top off with the edge of a butter knife.
Cover each cup with plastic wrap and cut small slit in center.
Insert Popsicle stick into each cup so it reaches the bottom.
