I wrote this book because I want to bring people closer to my experience as natural health professional with rejuvenation, health and nutrition.
Everyone talks currently of rejuvenation and of course everyone wants to look as young as possible, feeling energetic and naturally healthy.
In Austria there is a saying: "You are what you eat" and I can only fully agree!
There are already tons of books for vegan diets and more recently the big boom with raw food. These diets are surely very healthy but have also many dangers and can make someone seriously sick! So please read my experiences and make not the same mistake as I made.
Further there is no need to go fully raw. YOU decide how much percent raw YOU like to eat. Fully raw is not for everyone and isn’t advisable for every climate. Think of the cooler northern regions of the world as Alaska, Iceland or here in Europe in my country Austria. I live in in the mountains of Styria where the winter is cold and icy. Who want’s to eat then only salad and fruits when the temperature fell below minus 10 or 20 degrees Celsius? Brrrr! Can this really be healthy?
Last but not least I hope you will understand my funky “Austrian-English”!
So then let's get started!
It’s so easy. So let me say it in one simple word: DETOX.
That means eat as much as possible DETOX-Food as vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts and also enough of protein as example beans and lentils! But we all know raw is best. Only beans and lentils should be cooked before eating it.
Only raw food as fruits and vegetables contain a plenty of enzymes. But if you eat the most of your fruits and vegetables raw you necessarily need to use for this a powerful smoothie maker as Vitamix or Omniblend.
You need such a powerful smoothie maker because the energy of our stomach is not powerful enough for dealing with a lot of cooling raw vegetables and fruits. So if you eat tons of them without using a smoothie maker this soon will be ending in so called qi deficiency!
The traditional Chinese medicine calls this exactly you lost your spleen and/or stomach qi and your yang!

DAIRY PRODUCTS
Dairy makes you fat and looking older! Dairy builds a lot of mucus in the whole body especially apparent in the throat or in the sinuses.
My husband stopped snoring after consequently eliminating all dairy products! I think this says more than many words. Before that her sinuses where always heavy blocked with clear mucus. And hello ladies, dairy is a major factor for cellulitis!
GLUTEN
You find gluten in wheat, rye, barley and so on. Gluten-free are only millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, cornmeal and rice.
Gluten-free means also no noodles, bread and cookies anymore – oh my god… But don’t worry, today you will find a wide range of gluten-free products in nearly every supermarket. You will find there gluten-free noodles, bread and also cookies! But why I recommend only grains without gluten? Because gluten is really bad for every gut!
Gluten can cause several problems as inflammation, gas and painful cramps. Remember, your gut is your beauty so take care of it!
Very much people suffer from irritable colon and the most without knowing it!
Symptoms of irritable colon are mostly diarrhoe or on the other side also constipation or both symptoms changing from time to time.
Some people with irritable colon have also painful cramps with no apparent cause.
The cause of irritable colon is usually GLUTEN and often also dairy products!
A mercury burden and candida overgrowth as result is usually the root of irritable colon but this is another story. A good read is “Amalgam Illness” from Andrew Hall Cutler PhD, PE. www.noamalgam.com. I made Dr. Cutlers effective cure for mercury detox and I strongly recommend it!
I know so many friends and family members with gluten sensitivy which profit from a gluten-free diet. But gluten sensitivy is not equal to so called Celiac disease!
Especially people with Colitis ulcerosa or Crohn’s disease profit a lot from a gluten-free diet!
TOO MUCH MEAT
Once or twice a week is enough - better is no meat.
TOO MUCH FISH
Most fish from the sea is contaminated with mercury or other poisons think only of Fukushima! Eat better no fish from the sea.
TOO MUCH SOY
Soy disturbs your thyroid action, so do not eat it on a daily basis! But soy contains a lot of the essential amino acid lysine!
WHITE SUGAR
Too much sugar steals your beauty vitamins and minerals and making your body acid. Further it can lead to candida overgrowth! But substitutes in moderation are ok you can try agave syrup or honey or even brown sugar in small amounts.
But be careful, too much sugar can worsen irritable colon!
