Part 1: Full Relaxation Meditation

Begin in a comfortable position lying down. If you need to use pillows or props to feel more comfortable and relaxed, use them now and fully stretch your body into a comfortable posture. Let yourself melt into the floor and find your center.

Forget the outside world and begin to listen to your inner mind. Feel it all drift away as you become more comfortable on the floor. Give yourself the freedom to come to a stop and become one with your breath and your heartbeat. Feel the air pull through your nostrils and fill your abdomen. Turn your attention to your inner mind and find your third eye. Your eyes should now be closed and your eyelids soft. Take a moment to gaze inside your inner eye. Look through your third eye and find a place that feels relaxing and safe for you to just be. This is where you will want to find your own peace of mind and body.
