The aim is to encourage the human being, as part of the larger picture, to accept the earth and all of existence, and realise it as intended by the soul for the incarnation on this unique planet. And in this way, make himself an active co-creator of the great, universal plan.

Introduction

This book is the product of the knowledge I received telepathically from the Arcturians during my energy meetings with them, and the permanent, intensive analysis of my earthly consciousness. This often did not know how to proceed seeing that many things are difficult to explain using the words we are familiar with. In spite of all of that, each and every reader will find his or her individual harmonious and resonating insights. Everybody should – and is able to – connect with these energies. Everybody should – and is able to – find resonance with them, allow images to arise, to contribute one's own ideas, and use this new, expanded consciousness to go beyond the borders of one's own spirit.

These energies of the Arcturian star friends are available to us at all times, and in all places. It is simply a matter of the individual opening himself to these energies, of accepting them in order to experience a change of consciousness when undertaking these journeys. The more open the approach, the easier it will be for telepathic messages to find their way into the subconscious where they can bring memories of old knowledge to the surface and achieve awareness.

This book contains written versions of the verbal memos recorded between 2010 and 2020: Information and many insights into the comprehensive knowledge of our Arcturian friends, our star brothers, who have left all of these experiences behind them and already completed their ascent.

Foreword

I had my first encounter with the Arcturians in the year 2006. They guided me telepathically through their worlds, both in the space station and on the star Arcturus. I summarized the knowledge I had gained and the experiences I had made in my book "The Arcturians: A Star People" and felt that this had fulfilled my responsibility. I soon learned that I was mistaken because there was no end to the flow of information; quite the contrary, it became increasingly intensive and more complex.

A few meetings after publication of the book, I was taken to a celebration on Arcturus. I was astonished to see that it was the farewell festivity for my trusted Arcturian companion. He, who had always supported me with his explanations, who had accelerated the manifestation of knowledge by me, was the host. In the midst of a circle of Arcturians from all the spheres imaginable, and many planet dwellers, I was allowed to experience how the conscious "death" of a being was celebrated in the sense of a change in dimension, the planned journey, the farewell, a conscious continuation, new goals, and the preparation for new responsibilities. But, at the same time, although it was also a "farewell", the separation from friends and companions, it still remained a festival of joy. There was an exchange of what had been learned, experiences, and memories of shared adventures, incidents, and developments; there was laughter, and the atmosphere was characterized by a feeling of enjoyment and lightness. All of those present showed their respect and pride that one of their number had been chosen to follow this distinguished path.

This continuation, this death, not only means a change in the frequency of vibration accompanied by a change in dimension, but also a new sphere of activity on the next highest level. A "level of consciousness" on which the wisdom he had obtained through his experiences could be put into effect.

I felt privileged and extremely moved at being permitted to take part in this event. In the following conversation with my dear Arcturian friend, it became clear that my work in the spaceship was not yet completed – and this was conformed at my next energy sessions. The subjects became more and more demanding and complicated and that is why we started to record verbal memos of the meetings in order to be able to put them into book form at a later date. I made many different experiences in the years between 2008 and 2019. I immersed myself completely into a – sometimes very utopian – irreal universe in which the profound information I received played a significant role in influencing the development of my awareness. All of the questions I had dealing with worldly connections were perceived by my extra-terrestrial friends and continuously processed so that any misinterpretations and ego-influenced conclusions could be avoided.

This resulted in more than 10 years of "looking behind the scenes" of human perception, a path taken to reveal new perspectives, that demanded unreserved acceptance. The telepathically transmitted messages could manifest themselves as soon as they had found space in the consciousness, and they suddenly found resonance in my earthly environment. I saw television documentaries that dealt with the earth and aliens, found passages in published secret dossiers and books that I had at home but had not read, heard of the spiritual experiences made by shamans and masters of the metaphysical world, and they were always identical with part of my experience. My perception found its confirmation on the outside, this information was "transported" to me to convince my permanently meddling ego and motivate me to write the book.

In this spirit, I wish all those who read these lines the openness to confront this "other" truth, the openness needed to use your own imagination to give the energy that is hidden in the messages the space it needs to manifest itself. The resulting recognition will serve to raise awareness and bring light to the earth.

Chapter 1

Crystal Worlds

November 10, 2010

It had been a long time since my last meeting with Ruth and the Arcturians and it was hardly surprising that I was so excited and was looking forward to this new encounter with such immense joy. I was somewhat uneasy when I noticed my new companion for the first time: He stood there, large, dignified, and glowing. His narrow face, which was dominated by his big dark eyes, was framed by long gleaming hair. He was wearing a bluish-white suit made of soft fabric that enveloped his entire body and seemed to glow in some way. My initial reaction was to embrace him as you usually do with friends, but he soon put a stop to this with his energetic resistance. The reason was that, in a greeting of this kind, the extreme difference in our vibrations could cause too much of my energy to be consumed. Although this meeting took place in the spiritbody, it could cause physical damage. The composition and structure of humans are not suited for dealing with these high differences in frequency. Decomposition of the substance between the cells would be unavoidable, resulting in changes to – and even the destruction of – the body structure and DNA.

He now raised his two hands to the level of his heart; the palms were turned toward me. He instructed me to do the same. Our hands seemed to touch each other; intense energy began to flow and – at the same moment – a clearly perceptible widening of the heart occurred: love in its highest form spread out and, only a moment later, we were on our way, once around the earth! Clouds, whose shapes changed constantly, circled above the poles but they stayed in the same area and did not move on. It was only when seen close-up that they could be recognized as formations of energy with entrances hidden beneath them.

Slowly, we approached one of these openings. A great rock crevice opened up before us and, as soon as we entered, we were surrounded by complete silence and motionlessness. Diffused light, whose origin could not be perceived, made it possible to gaze on what originally appeared to be an inhospitable, ice-covered landscape. However, the closer we came, the more it became transformed into an area of lush vegetation, a forest, glowing in any number of succulent green tones; the dense, primeval growth resembled the fairytale woods of our human experience. Gigantic fems surrounded by sprawling ground-covering plants that also grew up the trunks of a great variety of different trees dominated the scene in front of our eyes. The voices of birds, twittering, and the soft murmuring of water were the only sounds that could be heard in the background. The rainbow-colored light seemed unreal; it was as if the rays of the setting sun were being reflected by low-hanging clouds and, in this way, spread out in an unbelievably rich color spectrum. Dwarflike, rapidly moving beings repeatedly appeared like flashes of light between the plants. They scurried busily around, appeared here and there in the dense undergrowth, disappeared, and then came back into sight. The places they had touched were then surrounded by a glow that made the various plants appear to be even more luxuriant. The beings were completely focused on their activity; there was the feeling that everything took place in an atmosphere of great affection and complete harmony.

We soon crossed through the dense jungle and now gazed upon an infinite expanse. A boundless view on a pleasant landscape of grassy areas bordered in the distance by gentle green hills. The diffused – but still very bright – light made all of the colors glow with intense beauty. I soon noticed a shimmering in the air. I was able to make out a group of buildings of many different sizes and styles, but they kept disappearing from sight. I was only able to perceive the true size of this conglomeration after I had come closer. The colorful groups of buildings were connected by wide paths leading to the entrances of houses without any doors. Walls, which glittered like transparent glass but still did not reveal what was inside, were surrounded by luxuriant flowers. These colorful floral carpets spread out as far as the eye could see and contributed to making this all seem like a fata morgana. This place was the home of beings that were full of light. They could be seen everywhere; sometimes in small groups engaged in lively conversation, and sometimes alone and withdrawn, lost in thought, in beautiful places in the midst of what appeared to be a vibrant environment. I became especially aware of a large space where many of these beings were standing together in small geometrical groups. They were surrounded by fluctuating clouds in all the colors of the rainbow that engulfed them with their shining, apparently inexhaustible, spectrum of colors. These energies were created in a permanent flow emanating from their bodies and created patterns and shapes: murmurations, similar to the formations of swarms of birds, that became densified and then dispersed – spectacular, never-ending waves of color. Everything took place in absolute tranquility. Telepathic communication made a harmonious movement possible: a coordinated movement, one that existed in complete harmony.

I had entered another world. This is where the guardians of the solid substance could be found; their duty was to safeguard minerals, crystals, and precious stones, and provide them with the necessary energy. It was the place, the workplace, where crystals were purified and given new power to enable them to continue with their mission in the service of the earth. This was highly concentrated work that freed the crystals from the heavy, dark energies that were bound in their crystalline structure – an increase in frequency that made it possible for their original vibrational power to be restored and align the crystals with the conditions of the earth at any specific time. Completely renewed and gleaming, they could take on their new assignments.

It is not by chance that cut and polished crystals have been known as "precious stones" since time immemorial. Glittering and shining, they are usually used "unconsciously". They are intended to represent dignity, status, and beauty. However – unbeknownst – the stones, with their intrinsic power, worked on the energy and energy field of their owners. Until today, envy, jealousy, and greed have made them contested objects that have been stolen and murdered for and, as history has shown us, even caused wars – and continue to do so. On account of the unrestricted way in which the crystals operate, they experience losses of energy that they are unable to reverse through their own strength and that is the reason that they are "restructured" here in the crystal world.

Today, research and science have already been able to use some of their potential to benefit humanity in areas such as technology and medicine; however, the actual extent of their capabilities still remains to be discovered. Technology relies on their hardness, fissility of their crystalline structure, and conductivity. In the medical field, crystals provide support in many areas of healing: Their individual vibrations, color, and energy, which are firmly anchored in a set pattern, enter into a resonance with the cells, molecules, and atoms of the human body. Their curative effect stems from their ability to restore the original, healthful condition of the body. Their powerful influence on the fine-material body is remarkable. Worn on the body, their specific field of energy, which is invisible to the human eye, spreads evenly through the person's light body. In keeping with the color and vibration of their crystalline structure, they both protect from undesired energy from outside, and also support internal, spiritual processes. They are alive! They are essences that, due to their highly resonating frequencies, can influence all that is organic or inorganic. Solid, liquid, or gaseous materials, the energy shell of people, animals, and the earth itself – nothing can resist their radiating energy. Their identifiable effectiveness is entirely the result of their physical state, their crystalline structure, and color. It is no mere coincidence that, in various times and ages, new groups of their kind were discovered on earth at the precise moment when their power was needed for the advancement of humanity and healing. As soon as they come to the surface, as soon as people become aware of them, their energies begin to work. Radiating, they transmit their power, and the desired changes can run their course.

Here, in this special region of inner earth, highly developed beings are devoted to this task. They adapt their work to the level of development and needs of humanity and the earth. Not only the energy level of the inhabitants determines the success, but also the sensitivity of the earth itself. Thoughts, deeds, and actions that are not the result of love, but of baser desires of the ego, lead to a densification and darkening of the earth's ether. Similar to a dense, heavy mass of rubber, the dark energy, which is made increasingly sluggish by radiation and electromagnetic waves, spreads over densely populated areas, and has a massive impact on peoples' perceptions. Connections to the divine, which are still pure and full of light for many Indigenous peoples, and are essential for survival, wither and come to an end. Intuition, the important "connection", the line to what is divine, is severed. Over time, this results in a lack of energy for the earth itself that is difficult to endure. The "air to breathe" runs out. In former times, the earth reacted mercilessly. It was enough for it to shake itself forcefully like an animal attempting to rid itself of annoying pests. Natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and floods that destroyed everything in their paths were the result and the worrisome inhabitants became history. The earth could breathe freely once again and continue with its own development. In order to rule this out for the present time, the Harmonic Convergence held in 1987 reached an important decision to find new possibilities to keep the energy needed for the earth flowing. The intellectual development of humanity had progressed to the extent that it had become too valuable to ever be lost again.

The goal targeted for the next millennium is a considerable increase in the energy vibrations of the human-earthly body to enable it to ascend to the next dimension. Each soul that decides on an earthly incarnation for itself should have a larger framework at its disposal. In that case, the scope of life should not be restricted by a low resonating body lacking the perception of its divine origin but have access to an instrument capable of providing it with multidimensional experiences. The beings of the crystal world are intended to play a significant role in this by awakening dormant crystals to life, by increasing the resonance of existing ones and, once again, making their potential glow. So far, only considerably lower frequencies could be released seeing that the density of the human body is not yet able to tolerate higher resonances.

There were already periods on earth, such as the Atlantic period, during which their extreme capabilities were used. Unfortunately, abuse occurred, and the boundless use of their power contributed to the downfall of the former living environment. Their energy made an unbelievable amount of annihilation and destruction on the physical and psychological level possible. Memories of this are still anchored in the mortal's subconscious and it is hardly surprising that this anxiety has blocked the human realization of its potential for such a long time.

My feelings of pride and joy became ever stronger. My companion transmitted this to me! In doing so, he wanted to draw my attention to the fact that we humans should receive the recognition for this development. A courageous stance taken in the dark times of the tireless, brave battle against the instinctive machinations of the ego, even if small steps taken over many lifetimes were necessary to make this new era possible.

Although the deepest abysses of human behavior had been seen, and inhuman living conditions had further increased the battle against a lack of compassion, the necessary critical mass was able to rediscover the divine spark in itself. And that sufficed for the release to continue with the "old players" who are now above to prepare themselves to ascend to the next dimension, to the next stage of their learning experiences. It is important to recognize this success; it should act as a motivation for each individual to begin and continue with the search for himself. "Tabula rasa" used to be a term commonly used to describe a new beginning on earth. Volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and floods, as well as meteorite impacts, were previously the destructive sources for this. However, after the spiritual world has shown itself ready to continue, it is up to humanity to take advantage of this opportunity for its benefit. Crystals are one part of this new orientation that willingly make their energy available for its accomplishment. The beings of the crystal world find their purpose in preparing the precious stones for their work with humans – the choice of the time of their "appearance" on the surface, dependent on their mode of action, and adapted to the needs of humanity and the earth.

The impressions I was able to bring back with me from this journey were very special. The caring companionship and support provide a certain feeling of safety and comfort, as well as the understanding that our actions will be noticed!

Many tools that have formerly appeared to be inconspicuous are provided without destroying free will. However, they are invested with an enormous potential for being able to support each person individually and to be used – with understanding and knowledge – for major projects capable of changing the destiny of the world.

Chapter 2

Faith

January 25, 2011

I had hardly closed my eyes when I found myself in the spaceship, in a room that was divided into many seperate sections. Here, groups of beings, whose differing appearances surprised me, were assembled. Very few of them bore the traits of terrestrial humans; most of them went far beyond any normal concept with their vastly contrasting appearance, size, form, stature, and surface structure. It was only possible to make out strange forms of sensory organs – here, ears sitting like large holes on the outside of the head; there, oversized eyes similar to those of insects, feelers, tentacles, long trunk-like noses, and appendages of skin that twisted and turned, served as organs of perception. Giants with toad-like skin whose body shapes were more like a mass of soft flesh, alongside small birdlike creatures; octopus-like bodies communicated with ball-shaped forms whose funnel-shaped protuberances turned harmoniously towards their counterpart. The variety of shapes was simply overwhelming.

Care was given to the different living conditions of the beings by adapting the areas where they spent their time to those of their accustomed aggregate state. In a "space climate", which had been created specifically for them and surrounded them like a bubble and corresponded with their individual requirements. The framework reminded me of a terrestrial assembly of important envoys from various countries; however, there was one exception: Although no voices or other sounds could be heard, I was still certain that communication was taking place. This was indicated by color streaks and patterns that flowed as streams of energy between the dialog partners; not only with permanently changing intensity, but in unusual points of access and exit. The conversations all took place on a telepathic level that served those present as the basis for their exchanges. Helpers were at hand to solve problems that arose out of any difficulties caused by the extremely varied background knowledge, or the different locations of the sensory organs needed to absorb information. Similar to interpreters, their talents enabled them to prevent any misunderstandings.

I found myself in a meeting of the Galactic Confederation. In the beginning, I saw myself as an observer on the sidelines, but obviously that only had to do with the energy form of my earthly body seeing that my spiritual body was already in the midst of those assembled. All those present were united by their convictions, their Christian consciousness, that considers any kinds of life – regardless of form – as part of a divine whole and grants it the right to making its own individual decisions in each phase of its development. This meeting was to deal with the belief of people on earth, and the unexpected impacts it produces.

My Arcturian companion now became particularly important for me. From that moment on, he conveyed the sense of the conversations that I would have otherwise only perceived as fluctuating energy. "How can one make people believe in themselves and, once again, accept their own power without manipulating them in the process" was one of the obviously difficult problems being addressed that needed to be resolved. It now became essential to ensure that all had the same level of knowledge, an exchange of experience that would give all the necessary expertise on terrestrial conditions. Those present were not familiar with the development of humanity, with all of the obstacles of earthly existence, that had taken place over millions of years and needed to be brought up to date. "Humans and the paths they follow" now became the subject seeing that these "paths" had taken on extreme proportions as a result of the free will given on earth.

Determined by the various concepts of powerful spiritual leaders, many religions with diverging dogmas were established in the past that have preserved their validity for millennia. Fanatical views lead to unrest and lay the foundation stone for those military conflicts that can be observed from the early days of history and have still lost none of their power. The traces of death that have been left behind can be followed to the present day! What is the reason for this? Where did the spark of the soul get lost and, with it, the divine orientation of each individual become forgotten?

Attention was turned to one of the lecturers: a being with human traits, a master who had moved up the ladder, unknown by name, who had passed through many terrestrial incarnations and had vast experience in this matter.

Humans invariably find meaning in religion when they have lost their perspective. The experiences, which life has in store, always demand individual decisions. Thanks to duality, which makes the game of the earth so interesting, one should make free decisions both before and during the incarnation. Paths through life are therefore individual and unique manifestations of the soul, and just as varied as the people on earth themselves. The ultimate goal or the knowledge gained should only suggest the level a soul, which has been forced to forget its divine origin in the human body, can reach. Instincts, that have been brought along by the body that has its origin in the biology of the animal world, should act as tools for human consciousness. Their duties are the preservation of the race through reproduction, and the provision of food and shelter. The power-hungry human consciousness has resulted in those instincts that were vital for animals and primeval humans being transformed into sex, gluttony, and greed. There is almost nothing that the human shies away from along this path. Human lives no longer have their value, compassion and love have been lost and are seen as signs of weakness. The strong person has become victorious and rewards himself with power and excessive riches.

However, wherever there are winners, there have to be losers. These - usually the majority – suffered from poverty and disease; their unavoidable early death provided additional proof of their powerlessness and rapidly brought humankind to a low point. In the moment of despair and hopelessness, humans lose their courage and, as a result, also their way. There is a lack of strength that is soon followed by a lack of faith in being able to fight for it. Any kind of intuition dries up and the connection to the divine disappears. They capitulate. But what remains is a feeling, firmly anchored in the cells, that there is something that should be followed – an old, trusted memory! When somebody with charisma and a strong presence presents himself in such a situation, humans believe that they have found their salvation. They do not care whether the knowledge of the master reflects their own experience or is controlled by external forces, by great powers of a narcissistic, magical, inner-, extra-, or superterrestrial nature. Their ego pressures them into following the "easier" path that they feel another has obviously taken successfully before them. Without any hesitation, they join ranks with this master and, in spite of a loss of individuality, become dissolved, like sheep, into the protection of the herd.

Initially, each religion finds its messages in the divine. It is intended that novel ideas and approaches show the way for people to live caringly together. Christ-centered thinking and a return to the common divine roots should benefit a peaceful development. Individual souls that see it as the mission of their incarnation, and feel called on to fulfill this obligation, are sent to the earth with transcendental knowledge – which can also be called on in the day-consciousness – to act as role models and provide an understanding of such an existence in connection with the divine being.

Seeing that free will always stands at the first position, it cannot be prevented that strong personalities claim a right to this new knowledge for their own purposes. History tells us that these innovative ideas, which were often originally beneficial for many people, were secretly passed on in small groups and mobilized resistance in the underprivileged and neglected levels of the population. At the beginning combated and rejected, those in power recognized the potential of these new movements and took advantage of their knowledge. Good intentions could always be seen in the fundamental principles of religions; people should be strengthened in their love and, as a result, attempt to master their lives with joy. "Faith" soon became a manipulative tool in the hands of powerful organizations that had the knowledge transported through spokespersons that they themselves had educated. Only the chosen had access and, from that time on, their word became the word of God. With their parables, metaphors, and terrifying vision of a punishing God, they fulfilled an important function in each and every religion. The believers – and the hopeful camp followers who stood fervently at their side – have remained overzealous tools, capable of doing great damage, to the present day. While, in former times, this was characterized by the obsessive missionization of Indigenous peoples, the torture of the disbelievers, and the death of all those who proclaimed other views, suicide assassins have now taken center stage; religious warriors who continue to wreak havoc around the globe.

With the utmost clarity, the galactic council drew attention to that fact that negative developments and destruction are directed and manipulated by the activities of narcissistic powers. For them, the earthling is a small figure in a game in which the narcissistic powers have the intention of being the dominating players.

If people become too independent – or even start to think for themselves – and attempt to follow an individual, well-considered path, they regard them as a disturbance and start to take action in order to preserve the narcissistic power they have become accustomed to. Even though, at the beginning of the present age, it was determined that manipulation and interference in the development of humans from outside was undesirable, the free will must continue to have the top priority. Duality, worldly regulations, predetermined the influence of good and evil, which permanently complemented each other. Thinking people had to always find this balance for themselves – both through time and space, and everyday life. This gives all creatures living on earth the right to live their lives according to their own will, and this is not to be questioned. Therefore, and in spite of all considerations, there are no obstructions to those powers that follow a narcissistic ideology. Leaders feel that their path is successful and, therefore, their experiences are absolutely right. Intoxicated by power, the determining ego puppeteers a human "herd of sheep", which fear has made unquestioning, for its own benefit. This functioning herd is the means necessary for constructing and preserving the desired system. Unfettered, the leaders make use of powerful promises to recruit earthlings, to provide them with knowledge and material comforts, and – consequently – turn them into willing minions.

From the conversations on the spaceship, I learned that it was not a matter of combatting these "OTHERS" but of finding an effective strategy to support people on their path towards spiritual freedom and their own divineness, liberated from manipulation and fear, out of their own power and conviction. In order to achieve this, it was necessary to call on the experiences of all the participants from the many different systems of life, and for new ideas and approaches to be revealed. Lightworkers were now mentioned as a possibility; incarnated souls that, with their special missions and talents, were prepared to be examples of a "different" path full of light. The approaches they provided were intended to make it easier to see behind the veil of forgetting. In addition, their new ideologies and views of life brought a palette of unimagined possibilities to light. Persistence along this path was intended to address the profound anxiety fellow humans felt and show how everyone has the right to make their own decisions for their lives.

However, it is unfortunate that the pressure of society often causes these lightworkers to fall back into the old patterns of fear and power. Capitalistic views, which are value-driven and self-centered, control what is currently taking place on earth. Even though one's life plan has room for change, many of the chosen continue to fail all too often on account of this. They either submit to the permanent pressure from their fellow humans, as well as the fears that affect them from outside, and allow themselves to be discouraged from shaping their lives in keeping with their holistic ideas. Or could it be the material, the body, that – with the desires of the ego – gives too much space to the drives and consequently falls victim to them? Regardless of what it is, it is one's status in society, the sense of "belonging", that leads to failure. One can comply, or fight for what is extraordinary. At the same time, the introduction of new knowledge is an advantage but can, unfortunately, also be a stumbling block seeing that success often also reveals old dependencies. Reaching the status of a guru with new ideas and concepts fulfills the ego more than humbly following the peaceful path with profound knowledge and, nevertheless, fulfilling the assignment. Over time, those messages that need to be transmitted lose their original power and effect as a result of material exploitation. When striving for material success, the actual essence of the teachings is simplified and adapted to attract well-paying consumers to crash courses. The fundamental concept of achieving awareness through knowledge and experience no longer plays a role, and it is shown that – in spite of an increase in the incarnations of the lightworkers – the desired success is not forthcoming.

The new approach was to focus on those people that brought many metaphysical talents with them but did not have the need to be the center of attention in their nature. They should integrate the capabilities and naturalness in their lives and serve as a light. Shining on their own path, they act as lanterns for all those who follow, without teaching or leading. They make exclusive use of their qualities for their own path through life; tranquilly, they show how this other path could function. Thoughtfully, they recognize their responsibilities, accept them with humility, and take responsibility for their chosen goals. Deeply vibrating energies of envy and jealousy are often the only problem that could hamper them in their progress but, here as well, they use their intrinsic wisdom and spiritual capabilities that have been continuously improved by their experience in life to overcome these obstacles. Their vibrations then make it possible for them to counter energetic imbalance with openness and without any loss of their own energy in order to, ultimately, also change this energy for those around them.

In any case, they are in a position where one enjoys observing their path and possibly attempting to be like them: They cast light on the path for the others! If desired, it is possible to follow them without any pressure, but all are at liberty to continue with their former traditions. However, the sooner one begins to reflect consciously on the assignment at hand, the sooner the chosen hurdles can be overcome, and karma settled. The detachment from dependencies and manipulation is one's own conscious decision, a self-determined path followed out of conviction. The inner voice then, once again, has a say in the matter, one's own intuition can flow once more, and the divine spark can be recognized.

Beings with surprisingly human features now came forward. Most were elevated masters and spiritual leaders whose closeness to incarnated people invested them with a special status in this assembly. Their suggestion was to "do preliminary work" with specific people at night, to assemble them in intensive courses of instruction to make them well prepared for their daily routines – more or less, a kind of "security training" – that were intended to cement their trust in their own intuition.

Everything that is experienced while sleeping is stored in the depths of the subconscious. Inconspicuously, one's waking consciousness is influenced by the memories of the dream. However, this can only function when it is already firmly anchored in the individual's life plan. There must also be sufficient courage and willingness seeing that those swimming against the tide usually have to confront rejection, misunderstanding, and negative feelings. The goal is not material status and success, but a fulfilling and happy life. Of course, knowledge can be passed on, but only to a small circle of those interested, without any dependencies. It is an exchange of knowledge that should definitely have a material value – in the sense of give and take, and not just economic gain. The contented person who is aware of his input performs his duties with dignity. He is a self-aware collaborator who does not look for recognition on earth but receives it in profusion from the spiritual world.

The parents of the "new" children born with an increased energy potential should also be increasingly drawn into this nocturnal education. It
