Beschreibung

For more than 25 years, the author suffered from severely painful Hemorrhoids. These were once even surgically removed but came back after a short time. The pain and symptoms were omnipresent. In 2016, he discovered the root cause of Hemorrhoids. In this book, the author describes how he was able to cure them permanently, within only four weeks, and thus became symptom and pain-free. A successful cure requires a radical change of one's habits, but it is not difficult to implement and leads man back to his evolutionary-biological roots. Affected people can easily make this change and thus also significantly reduce symptoms and pain in a short time.

INTRODUCTION

Nobody likes to talk about the topic of hemorrhoids. The spelling alone is very complicated. Those who are not affected themselves rarely know that it can cause problems. On the other hand, the symptoms are omnipresent for those who are affected, but it is still hardly ever talked about. The shame that one could have problems with one's rear end is quite big for many people.

This book is aimed at people who would like to overcome their symptoms in the long term. For this purpose, the book illuminates the symptoms only marginally because those affected already know these symptoms, from their own experience, too well. While sitting, while walking, during hobbies, during bowel movements, and also afterward. These symptoms are extensively discussed and analyzed in many books. This book is meant to be different. This book is mainly about the causes because these are hardly known and definitely deserve to be looked at more closely.

About 10-20% of people in the industrialized countries of the Western world suffer from hemorrhoids to a greater or lesser extent. In 2011, the results from a study involving 976 participants were published in Austria. About 17% of them complained of symptomatic hemorrhoids. This large number of affected people suggests that hemorrhoids are a common disease. In Asian countries, these problems are rather rare. The causes, therefore, have to do with how people live in industrialized countries.

In the book, the causes of this symptomatology are pointed out, and those affected are advised what they need to change in order to sustainably reduce their symptoms and pain and possibly even eliminate them forever. It is a matter of a main and a secondary cause, whereby one must only really eliminate the main cause consistently so that the secondary cause can thereby also be neutralized.

For this purpose, the author takes the affected person to a fantasy land and thereby illustrates the causes. Subsequently, it is explained how the same causes can also be eliminated in oneself, with the goal of achieving a significant improvement in one's own symptoms in only four weeks.

Those affected have it in their own hands whether they want to continue to have pain or not. The cause can be eliminated in a few days or weeks by changing one's habits. However, this change must then be maintained for life; otherwise there is a risk that the hemorrhoids will return painfully.

THE SYMPTOMS AND THEIR TREATMENT

There are countless books about hemorrhoids, in which the symptoms are described in detail. There it is also explained how to treat and relieve these symptoms. This book will mainly deal with the causes. For the sake of completeness, the symptoms and their treatment will be described only briefly.

The symptomatology of hemorrhoids is divided into the following four degrees of severity:

Grade 1: Protrusion of hemorrhoids over the anal canal

Grade 2: Outpouching of the hemorrhoids

Grade 3: Entry of hemorrhoids into the anal cavity

Grade 4: Outward leakage of hemorrhoids from the anal cavity (anal prolapse).

Grade 4 is associated with severe pain, itching, and bleeding and can be very uncomfortable for those affected.

There are a number of options for the treatment and alleviation of the symptoms (not the causes!). Here, for example, medications via injections and ointments with cortisone are used, which sometimes have quite strong side effects and can have a negative impact on the immune system. Furthermore, zinc ointments or anti-inflammatory creams or suppositories are also used.

The symptoms of itching and pain can be relieved by local anesthesia, for example, with the help of suppositories.

Grade 3 and 4 hemorrhoids are often sclerosed on an outpatient basis. This can be done by irradiation with infrared light. The results are often less than satisfactory. More successful is sclerotherapy using rubber band ligation, which is the aspiration of individual hemorrhoids that are then tied off with rubber bands. By cutting off the blood supply, the excess tissue dies. Occasional bleeding is possible.

Grade 4 sufferers may also undergo surgical removal, where the hemorrhoids are cut off with a scalpel, and all or part of the open wounds are sutured. This method is more long-lasting but more painful, and wound healing can be lengthy. Nevertheless, it can happen that the symptoms, the hemorrhoids, come back after a few years.

In recent years, the method “stapled hemorrhoidopexy” has become more and more established. It is less painful, and wound healing is easier than the previously described method. However, the hemorrhoids may return sooner.

Conventional medicine mentions a whole range of possible causes for painful hemorrhoids. Heavy pressing during bowel movements, chronic constipation, heavy lifting, frequent diarrhea, pregnancy, psychological problems, stress, congenital weakness of the blood vessels or connective tissue.

Until his 18th birthday, the author had hardly any problems with hemorrhoids. This changed when he started an apprenticeship in the construction industry and worked on construction sites every day in all weather and safe footwear. From then on, he had severe pain from hemorrhoids. They were oozing and had to be pushed inward by hand after defecation. A doctor diagnosed him as having weak connective tissue and that sitting on cold surfaces should be avoided.

At the age of 20, the author completed his one-year military service, and during this time, the symptoms were extremely severe. Especially long marches led to great pain. Occasionally, blood even ran down his legs.

During the years of study, hemorrhoids were forgotten. They appeared only rarely and caused no major problems or pain. Only during occasional internships at construction sites did the symptoms increase again.

In 2004, the author began working as a site manager on international construction sites. The working hours were long, and the circumstances were hard. The hemorrhoids were prominent daily due to severe pain. They had to be manually pushed back inside after defecation, and cleaning was no longer possible by toilet paper alone. The area had to be cleaned by regular showering. Sclerotherapy every two to three months and suppositories with cortisone provided short-term relief but no lasting help.

The author is a ballroom dancer for standard and Latin and loves salsa dancing. The pain caused by hemorrhoids interfered with the enjoyment of his hobby for many years. Long dance evenings had to be ended earlier because of severe pain.
