The workout, dieting and recipe suggestions in this booklet are designed to help you achieve a healthy and strong body along with even a healthier and stronger sexual drive and penis.

Every penis comes in different sizes and shapes; slightly bent, twisted, long, huge and finally short. The anxiety men feel about penis size simply causes far too much misery in this world. They say it’s not the size that matters but how well you touch the walls of her vaginal lining, small penis isn’t bad penis. Now imagine If you could touch her lining without much effort… simply sliding down towards her cervical opening and she’s already in heaven.

If you’ve downloaded this manual because of size anxiety you will already have searched the internet and come across a bewildering array of statistics hoping to find out what is ‘average’. If you penile length falls between 6.0” and 6.3” then you have a percentile of 40 - 50%, meaning 50 - 60% of men have longer erections than you and 40 – 50% of men have shorter erections than you. If your penile girth falls between 4.9” and 5.1” then you have a percentile of 40 – 50%, meaning 50 – 60% of men have bigger erections than you and 40 – 60% of men have smaller erections than you. According to the penis size survey conducted in 2005, erections between 6.0” and 6.7” with girth ranging between 4.9” and 5.3” is considered as average.

Does penile size really matter?

In a survey conducted by Durex Condoms, 67% of women were unhappy with their lovers’ penis size. In other words, two out of every three girls prefer longer and/or bigger penis. 87% of men fail to holdback ejaculation for longer than three minutes due to weak PC muscles (puboccygeal muscles), careful use of this material will help you gain control of your PC Muscles that you could delay ejaculation and prolong the sexual pleasure between you and your partner. Weaker PC muscles can lead to weak erections, weak ejaculation, premature ejaculation and impotence. Therefore, strengthening your PC muscles helps you gain control of your prized organ.

PC muscles are merely a group of pelvic muscle which form the basis for sexual health, they run from pubic bone (in front of the body), to the tailbone (at the back). These muscles can be felt in an area just behind the testicles and front of the anus, close to the prostate gland. These muscles are responsible for bringing both man and woman to a climax thus full control of them is the recipe for better sex and penile health.

Basic Principles

Progress monitoring gives useful feedback of whether you are gaining size or not, obviously you aren’t gaining then you must change something in your workout routine. Measuring lets you know where you are and would want to be, every gain will definitely motivate you when the music stops. How often you measure is entirely up to you though I strongly recommend weekly, don’t measure daily expecting a half-inch increment in size. When fully erect, you may want to measure the length and girth using a soft vinyl measuring tape or a piece of string and a straight edge ruler.
