We need a return to traditional family values. We need a return to local government. We need to control spending and debt. We need a simple and fair taxation system. We need a responsible approach to health and health care. We need an education system that values all students. We need to take responsibility for the environment. We need immigration reform that works. We need a strong approach to terrorism. We need an effective military policy and strategy. We need to strengthen America’s position on the world stage. MIKE HUCKABEE served as the lieutenant governor of Arkansas from 1993 to 1996 and as governor of that state from 1996 to 2007. In the 2008 Republican presidential primaries, he won eight states and more than four million votes. Before entering politics, he worked in broadcasting and advertising and for twelve years was a pastor and denominational leader.
