About the Author
Judge Andrew P. Napolitano is Fox News Channel’s senior judicial analyst on The Big Story with John Gibson and he regularly appears on Fox and Friends, Studio B with Shepard Smith and The O’Reilly Factor. Napolitano is a graduate of Princeton University and Notre Dame Law School and he is the youngest person in New Jersey history to receive a lifetime judgeship.

Breaking the Law

It may come as a surprise for some Americans to hear, but the government – at all levels – regularly breaks its own laws.
