While we presently face difficult times with many challenges which are growing in strength, this is nothing new. America has been challenged a number of times before. It’s how we respond to these challenges which matters and the best way to rise to the occasion is to confront our challenges honestly and forthrightly. Like generations before, it’s time to lay our own sacrifice upon the altar of freedom.

The Pursuit of the Difficult

The United States of America is unique because our dominance as a superpower doesn’t threaten world peace but strengthens it. America doesn’t go to war to conquer other nations and take land. America uses its strength to demonstrably prove to the world the fact democracy, freedom and liberty are the genuine enduring foundations of national prosperity. America is the world’s shining example of the true benefits of freedom.

When you look at the big picture perspective, it is clear there are only four strategies which countries can follow to achieve eminence on the global map:

America’s strategy – based on economic freedom and political freedom.China’s strategy –use the economicengine offree enterprise combinedwith authoritarian rule.Russia’s strategy – control massive energy reserves through a central ruling body.Iran’s strategy – encourage violent jihadism and accompanying acts of terrorism.

This means only if America and its friends succeed can we be confident our children and our grandchildren will be free. Every superpower in world history to date has eventually weakened and then fallen behind. To keep American freedoms vibrant and relevant should be our primary objective as a nation. All political initiatives, new laws and regulations should be evaluated by whether they will make us weaker or stronger as a nation.
