1. “Verum, sine mendacio, certum et verissimum”
“True, without lie, certain, and very true”.
The first premise of the Tablet reveals the infallible nature of Truth. Master Hermes Trismegistus, with his wise and experienced voice, assures that the teachings presented in these lines are truthful, free from deceit and fallacies. The universe, in its entirety, proceeds from the absolute power of the Divine. Every manifestation, every form, every creature finds its origin in constant adaptation and evolution. And the day will come when all things will return to their origin, in a cosmic embrace that unites everything created and uncreated in a single divine breath.

5. “Pater omnis telesmi totius mundi est hic”
“The father of all perfection in the whole world is here”.
The fifth proposition speaks to us through the magical symbols of the four elements of nature. The Sun, as blazing fire, the Moon, as serene water reflecting its silvery light, the wind carrying its secrets in its invisible currents, and the Earth, our nurturing mother sustaining all life. These elements are the foundation of our existence, the pillars that uphold the universe in its eternal dance. In their conjunction and harmony, the spiritual power of the human being to perceive and rise beyond their own nature is revealed, to manipulate and understand the subtle forces that surround us. In the symbol of the five pointed star, with its apex pointing upwards, we find man in his effort to master and balance these elements, being aware of his role as a co-creator in the vast cosmic tapestry.

7. “Separabis terram ab igne, subtile ab spisso, suaviter, magno cum ingenio”
“You will separate the Earth from the Fire, the subtle from the dense, gently, with great skill”.
And thus, in the seventh sentence, the importance of recognizing the value and intrinsic purpose of each thing is revealed to us. Everything has a positive and negative side, a surface where the best of its essence shines. It is the task of the human being, endowed with superior art and wisdom, to discern and take the best from each element, from each experience, to create something superior. Just as Mother Earth nurtures and cares for all forms of life, we, as conscious beings, are called to honor and elevate everything around us, creating a sacred communion with Creation itself.
