Jake arrived to work on the 11:00 shift and as he entered the guard’s office upstairs at the old Simmons Warehouse, he finds Trent playing his basketball video game.
“Oh! You’re a bad muther!” Trent yelled out as Jake entered the office door.
“Don’t tell me, you got squashed again?” Jake teased.
“Not this time dude! I’m the man! It’s my house now!” Trent voiced.
“You think? You just got lucky that’s all!”
“Hey dude, don’t hate me because I got game! And you know this man! I can show you a thing or two out on the court!” Trent boasted.
“Yeah right! Man, I will whip you like you stole something!” Jake expressed.
“You’re on! Put your money where your mouth is and we shall see who’s got the most game! He laughed.
“Yea it’s on Saturday morning, on the court at 9:00 am sharp! Be there!”
“Not a problem man! And I will be there, so get ready for an ass kicking!” Trent chuckled.
“So how is it going tonight?” Jake inquired.
“It’s been pretty quiet since old man Simmons left about an hour or so ago. Man, I thought he’d never leave! Trent do this! Trent do that! Man! Don’t you have a home to go to – damn! Oh, there is a late shipment due to arrive around 12:30 tonight. So stay awake. I’m out! Diane wants me to stop by tonight. I think she wants me, man! Whoa-wee! And it’s gonna be on tonight like pop-pop-pop-popcorn!” Trent rejoiced.
“Hey, you the man!” Jake encouraged.
“Say it again! There is no other like this muther!” Trent expressed.
