How do you organize a company? What are the indispensable market analyses to be carried out to plan its opening? How do you manage financial and organizational problems when starting a company?
This book collects the know how and knowledge necessary to solve the questions just exposed thanks to a document called business plan: a tool now fundamental to operate on the markets and to support the activity of the modern entrepreneur, able to provide the theoretical and practical indications necessary to start and manage a business.
The business plan is all this and much more. It is a methodology that places the future entrepreneur in front of the recognition of the strengths and weaknesses of his idea, helping him to work on the quality of his project and to make it more feasible, as well as competitive.
Often this means going through some counterintuitive and unrecognized points during the enthusiastic phase of identifying the business idea. Discovering a profitable market niche is one thing; creating a business that knows how to capture it is another.
The business plan allows to avoid easy overestimations and to refine the entrepreneurial project through a verification with the stakeholders involved (not only potential customers, but also investors, banks and consultants).
On the other hand, it should not be thought that the planning of a new activity should be carried out exclusively by an academic or particularly qualified public. Management theory has now made available a number of good practices which, when followed with the right attention, allow for solid results.
This guide was created to explain in a simple and accessible way how to build a business plan based on data and market analysis. The aim is to obtain a competitive advantage over companies already present in the reference environment or those who decide to leave without adequate preparation.
The idea is to propose keys for analysis and interpretation of one's own business model, which can on the one hand facilitate the creation of the business and on the other hand provide confirmation to external institutions that will have to cooperate with the new reality.
As in the other manuals in this series, my hope is that this text will be simple and accessible to understand, but not simplistic.
