She lay back on the pillows, her heart was racing with the thought of what was to come. She could hear sounds from the bathroom, Alex singing, the odd thump which would be his knees and elbows banging into the shower glass. Being six foot plus and with the physique of a Greek god the normal sized shower was not quite big enough to house him.

 She heard the shower go off and actually felt her heart miss a beat. Was she being too obvious, lying here waiting for him? How would it look if she quickly got dressed into something a little less revealing? But what would be the point, when Alex arrived unannounced the pale pink satin chemise was all she had been wearing  after taking her shower in preparation for bed. The one concession she had made to having a visitor was to slip into the matching underwear.

Alex would be opening the bathroom door any second so it was probably too late to do anything about her lack of clothing now (even if she wanted to). The door opened and Alex stepped into the bedroom wearing just a towel around his hips. She couldn’t help but stare, God he was beautiful, was it wrong to call a man beautiful? She didn’t know and dared anyone to contradict her description of what she was looking at.

Waliking slowly to the bed Alex and looked down at her, a slight smile touched his lips, oh but those lips! It wasn’t right for lips so seductive and lush to belong to a man.

“Is it OK for you?” Alex asked. What did he mean? Was he asking if it was the wrong time of the month? Or was he asking if she wanted him to make love to her? The way the butterflies were moving around in her stomach she wouldn’t be at all surprised if she threw up because of nerves! Did he really expect an answer? words wouldn't come so she just nodded her head to confirm it was Ok with her.
