A guiding voice inside of us

Ein Spiegel, in den ich blicke,

Alle meine Emotionen scheinen zu fließen,

Ich lausche meinem Atem ganz leise und sanft.

Warum fühlst du dich soooooo angegriffen?

Ich entdecke in mir eine ganz liebe sanfte

Stimme,

Eine Stimme, die mir ganz vertraut vorkommt.

Sie sagt mir:

Vertraue deinen Gefühlen!

In ihnen findest du die Antwort.

Heartless Wisdom is Like a Rootless Tree

Knowledge is a source. A source is a spring of energy. Your heart is a spring of energy as well. Our body reflects seven main Chakras. These seven main Chakras are the springs of our energy, which nourish our physical bodies, minds and souls on the planet earth. Every Chakra is a kind of gate, which connects us with the seven libraries on the planet earth. Everything, that is inside of you, you will find in the outside as well. The outside is like a mirror reflecting your body. Every human being has the ability to develop on his/her path of life.

I am the Creator of my Life!

I share a little story with you, a story inspired by one of my yoga students.

There once was a girl, who liked to create, who liked to be the master of her life, but she was told, that she did not know anything about it. She was really empathic and received a lot of information from the people around her. But she did not find words to express the emotions and feelings, she received. Her parents, unfortunately being neither empathic nor spiritual, did not understand her. They told her, when she tried to share her experiences and emotions with them, not to be so emotional, not to be so sensitive. „Life makes it necessary to function. It does not matter what you want. We are all meant to be a part of this system. If you don’t find a way to function now, how will you get along as an adult?“ The child felt her feelings being true and could not understand, why her parents did not understand her? But as she wanted to feel being loved, she stopped expressing her ideas freely towards them. Instead she started to adapt to social standards and behaved like a victim. Yet she kept experiencing that something was not right. Therefore she started asking questions and thus inspired the people around her with her ideas. For example, at school it was not easy for her to remember the knowledge. She felt the need to experience the knowledge for a real understanding. She did not know how it worked, but she was sure, that there existed a different way of perceiving knowledge. Even though she kept inspiring people around her, she felt a little bit as a victim, because she often felt lonely and misunderstood.
