Tom took one last look around the room, in his eyes it was more than romantic, it was perfect.
The good thing about the entire situation was the fact that he was certain that she would adore it. There was also a possibility that she would be scared as he had a few ingredients laid out that looked far from romantic, but he was keen on impressing her.
“Well this is new, I hope that Kris likes it…. I mean it may not be in our alley but it might end up being perfect for us!” Tom said to himself.
He and Kris had been together for a number of years, and in his mind, they were in fruitful relationship. Even though most of the people around them thought otherwise.
Most people, kept on insinuating the idea of marriage and even though they pretended not to care, Tom knew that a part of Kris wondered what it would feel like if he popped the question.
That night, he wanted to change a few of the things in their relationship, and hopefully with the skills that he learnt from the massage parlor, he would win her over.
Tom glanced at the time and took in a few deep breaths, it was almost time for her to walk into those doors with a smile.
He walked to the door and straightened his outfit then stood there with a huge smile on his face.
Deep down he prayed that she arrived at her usual time, so that he didn’t have to stand at the door for a long as it would ruin the effect of the surprise.
