9.1 Andalusian fish pot

Strengthens immune system, prevents cancer, dissolves stagnation, promotes weight loss. Good to fight immunodeficiency, loss of appetite, flatulence, high blood pressure, depressions, diabetes, diarrhea, stimulates appetite.

Basic recipe for a vegetable soup (nutritious) 2 cups / 500g. (yes)

Onion (spring onion) 2 pieces / 40g. (yes)

Olive oil 1 table spoon / 20g. (yes)

Lemon peel 1/2 piece / 3g. (yes)

Bay leaf 1 piece / 1g. (yes)

Potato 5/8 oz / 200g. (yes)

Cod 3/4 lbs / 300g. (recommended)

White wine 4 table spoons / 80g. (little)

Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon / 10g. (yes)

Salt 1 pinch / 1g. (little)

Pepper (ground) 1 pinch / 0,2g. (yes)

Parsley 1 table spoon / 15g. (yes)

White bread (wheat bread) 8 slices / 250g. (little)

Cooking instructions:

Boil the vegetable broth with small spring onion, olive oil, grated lemon peel and bay leaf. Boil covered for 10 minutes. Add the peeled, diced potatoes and boil in about 8 minutes. Add fish pieces and white wine and switch to small heat. In the slightly boiling broth put the fish and boil it a few minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with parsley sprinkled.

White bread as a side dish.
