A revival of the classic style in the comedy genre, based on the short story "The Love Stratagem" by the Marquis de Sade.
Almost all the lines, plot, intrigues and characters, except for Villeblanche, were created by Bedrettin Simsek. So much so that the play does not contradict the style of the Marquis de Sade, either literally or intellectually.
It is a comedy reminiscent of Molière, but with a Sadean taste. A woman disguised as a man is a typical Shakespearean theme. Bedrettin introduced this theme with the same sense of humor.
The characteristics of the play include the use of double entendre, cross-dressing, comic love scenes, cynicism and other forms of bold language.

Bedrettin's Plays
Bedrettin Simsek was a promising writer when his first two books were published by major Turkish publishers in 1996 and 1997. His combination of philosophy, humor, and literature set him apart from other writers, and he stood out for his skeptical attitude toward religion. When his third book, " The Discussions of an Atheist and a Clergyman" was published in 1998 by one of Turkey's leading publishers, he was sued over readers' complaints and both he and the publisher were sentenced to prison terms for insulting religious values. This sentence was suspended on the condition that he would not commit the same offense again and was noted in his record. His conviction made Bedrettin a criminal forever. All publishing houses closed their doors to him; he was excluded from the literary world. His later works were always rejected by publishers, some for fear of punishment, others for fear of reader reaction.

Paris, Sade's apartment
SADE - Ah, the true lover is the one who listens to his beloved as the forest listens to the nightingale. So my love is like a bee trapped in a lily. My soul is a dry secret fire that scorches the deserts. It cools only in the icy gaze of my beloved.
LATOUR - ( coming from the other end of the stage) Marquis de Sade. So what I heard was true. You are in love with Mademoiselle de Villeblanche?
SADE - Yes, that's right, Latour.
LATOUR - Then you'd better give up very quickly. Because this love doesn't seem possible. Besides, you know the rumors about her.
SADE - What rumors?
LATOUR - Oh! Don't you know? You'd better find out as soon as possible.
SADE - I've never heard anyone speak ill of her.
LATOUR - That's true. The whole world has gotten used to that lady's oddities. No one finds it strange.
SADE - My dear butler, you know I don't care about such things.
LATOUR - Then I'm afraid this lady's morals are not what we want.
SADE - ( laughs) So what if she is immoral?
LATOUR - Dear sir, why don't you put your efforts into other women that men can pursue more easily? In this case, I think the man who would love her must risk not only not having his feelings reciprocated, but also being ridiculed.
SADE - Did I tell you that for some time now I have had the honor of being admitted to this lady's company?
LATOUR - I thought you didn't do anything in your love affairs without consulting your butler.
SADE - Then listen and make up your mind. As I said, I'm just visiting her for now. I appear before her with a veil over my face, so that she can't see me and recognize me. I introduced myself to her as the mysterious lover. That's how I found out all her secrets. Who is her friend, who is her companion, who is she in love with? Do you know Mademoiselle Augustine?
LATOUR - Isn't she the belle we saw in the opera, the one who is always armed against men?
SADE - This one had such a good relationship with mine that it caused bad rumors all around. And my suspicions were confirmed. These two women did not hesitate to perform scenes in front of me that would have made even Sapho blush.
LATOUR - What was there to bother you?
SADE - The vow they swore to each other never to approach men. This vow had to be broken. So I hired a lover with money and presented him to Mademoiselle Augustine as a spy sent by Mademoiselle Villeblanche to test her. It seemed very logical to her. Because you know that such women test each other's fidelity by having the men who haunt them follow their lovers.
LATOUR - And then?
SADE - Then I ran to Mademoiselle Villeblanche and invited her to Augustine's house on some pretext. As you can imagine, just as the paid lover has a plan in his head, so the belle Augustine has a plan of disgrace. Because she thought she would embarrass Mademoiselle Villenbach by throwing this game in her face. But in the end it is she who is embarrassed. Our good gigolo moves quickly and tries to get what he wants, even if it's by force. Just then, Mademoiselle Villeblanche and I walk in. The scene we see is exactly what I wanted to see. Of course, Augustine can't make Villeblanche believe what she says. Moreover, she has to listen to her reproaches.
LATOUR - Wow.
SADE - At that moment the swords are drawn, the great love is over. I step back to savor the joy of my great success. Then Augustine throws herself into my arms and, after a lot of chatter, vows revenge. Because she is convinced, as I have told her, that all this was a plot by her lover to get rid of her.
LATOUR - I knew you had a knack for deception, but I didn't expect you to go so far as to commit crimes.
SADE - Can there be a more dangerous weapon on earth than a woman who is hostile to another woman?Now we have a dagger ready to be used. And I want to put it in your hand.
LATOUR - What do you mean?
